When my sister's 7 year old granddaughter asked me "What's a record player?"

When most of my college classmates could be my children!

When one of my classmates asked me what an 8-track player was!

When I hear teens talking about that "new song" they love...and I remember the original!

Seeing 80's fashions come back into style! And having them still in my own closet!

When my doctor jokingly told me I have more health problems than his senior citizen patients!

So have any of you ever seen the ad to find out your true age? Well, I went to the website and took this ungodly long survey about my health, lifestyle and all that stuff. Now when I took it I was 40 something. The end of the test actually added 13 years to my chronological age! All the testimonials from people on the site were from people that scored lower than their actual age! I suppose I am old!

When happy hour is a nap

When you and your teeth don't sleep together

Going braless pulls all the wrinkes out of your face

ROFL!!:D That sounds just like me! My teeth are in the bathroom, and of course I have to put my artificial limb where I can find it in the mornings. I pushed it under the bed one time, and forgot where I put it when I woke up the next morning!!:)

I was very young, but still ...

I remember getting spending money by finding & selling deposit soda bottles. And, for 25¢ I could buy a 16 oz soda and a bag of potato chips. And, yeah, I can remember when gasoline was under 30¢ per gallon. Fill a 20 gallon tank for 5 or 6 bucks. But then, I can also remember weekly paychecks netting less than a hundred dollars too (and living, although meagerly, on them).

At least getting older beats the alternative.

When being away the house for more than 4 hours seems like a big adventure.

When I became interested in conversations about that supplemental health insurance information that you need to get when you are 65 or you will be charged compounded interest when you do finally need it.

ALL of my employees are less than half my age.

I have a car that is easy to get in and out of.

I saw this thread and posted a reply.
