The thing I've learned in vaping is to stop trying to get the latest thing and get what works for you. It's just like computers or phones there's a new one out every month.
Feel your pain man. It looks like alphabet soup out there anymore. There is so much "stuff" now that I don't even know what half of it is.
The good news though .............. I DON'T CARE!!! So as for advising on what you should get, I don't have a clue.
Stuff I'm using is so old that folks think it must be something new.
BTW this could be bought for vaping is 1859!

I agree, but prices on sale items have been hard to resist since the FDA deeming legislation came out. I'm buying more mods as backups for backups just in case. Yes, I know that we have 2 years and the remainder of the 90 day new product introduction period, maybe even 3 years before the FDA begins to snatch products that haven't been approved off the market, but why gamble on the future unknowns when there are deals that will seal our vaping future?
I'm being really picky and only buying things I've been wanting for a while. Some of these sales are 50% or more off MSRP. Some are superseded by other new products, but they all heat a coil and feed juice to a wick and allow control of the vaping parameters. Some offer TC and others are just power mods, but for a 10W tootle puffer fancy options are just gravy.
If a provari goes on sale I'll getting one.
Alright... So I've been vaping for quite a while through all the innovations etc. I used to know it all, and now I feel as if I know nothing...
And that's when I got so absurdly lost. What is this temperature control thing. Why is there 15 different types of coils for these new tanks? What is going on?
When did I become an old man?
Actually, there's been lots of deals at Provape. I have a Provari V2 that I bought in 2011 that is still working like new. Right now, you can buy a variety of Provari 2.5's for $34.95.
Specials of the week
Hopefully they keep it like that till next week because I'll be purchasing one. One question though; should I buy the 18650 extension?
You know, I don't mind the new setups much at all I mean sure buying something with tc and Wizz bangs etc just means more to break but the added funtionalility is pretty nice.
And I can't believe provari is still around

Provape posted on a blog that if things don't change they will be shutting the doors in 2 years
ProVape actually recommended buying one by this summer ... get em while you can

The 2.5s? or their whole line
So Spill...Oh well thanks for the heads up ..I have 6 2.5 s in my stash so I'm good
I bought 3 more Provari's with their sale and blem prices, I just couldn't resist! My original mini I still have, so my Provari stash is 4 nowI've got three Provari 2.5s in use (one since 2012 — that's a 2.0) and 20 in my vapemageddon stash. The first 18650 extension I bought cost about $20, so yeah, $6 is a good deal, at least for me. 18650s last me about a day, but the shortie 18350s would have to be changed twice per day. Aside from the convenience factor, a weak point on any mod is having to unscrew it to change batteries. So, unscrewing it only half as often saves wear and tear on the threads.
Thanks, DaveP, for pointing out that the 2.5s are still available! I bought another three for the stash. You can never be too thin or too rich; neither can you ever have too many Provaris in your stash.
That depends upon what battery you want to use in it.One question though; should I buy the 18650 extension?
