When or if a city/state bans e-cig public use, does it apply to Nic-free liquids?

well since the ANTZ and the FDA have determined visual contamination to be a valid scientific principal,yes it will be banned. eventually even having a nicotine delivery device on your person in a banned area will be forbidden. i know these are vaporizers but,much like global warming is now climate change the anti-smoking crowd is now the anti-nicotine crowd. this is not a subtle change. it is a deliberate scheme as they have had to change their worthless arguments. for all you green peace people i am not trying to start an argument as most environmental groups are slowly switching there mantra to climate change as its becoming more aware the planet isn't heating.

You know what would be really great? If some mod maker could come up with a mod that looks like an asthma inhaler. Seriously. I pull out my inhaler and use it anywhere, anytime, and nobody bats an eye. It's really not all that different a device -- it delivers an aerosol vapor of the bronchodilator albuterol, suspended in a PG base. So it delivers a different medicine, this inhaler-alike. Nobody has to know that.

It would be a riot to see an officer harrass a pv user in public(not private) we could label him/her the vaporizor copper, instead of a smoke cop.
Of course 0-nic will be allowed. Vaping restrictions are all about nicotine, not appearance...
To make it really effective for stealth vaping, it would need to deliver a fairly light vapor -- I'm not sure, since I rarely stand in front of a mirror when I hit my inhaler, but the vapor that comes from it is probably somewhat visible; however there is no vapor to be exhaled, unless of course it's winter and all exhaled breath is visible. That might be the only really hard part, since so many people seem utterly enthralled by this "chasing clouds" thing, rather than just getting the nicotine most of us really need to be normal. If a cloud chaser used it in public and proceeded to blow out clouds that are FARRRRRR beyond anything reasonable for a real inhaler, that would give it away and ruin it for all of us.

EDIT: Hmm... to be really effective, it needs to lose that bit that fits into the mouthpiece -- the vapor needs to actually come from the mouthpiece as it really does when you use an inhaler, to be effective as a stealth vaping tool. Without that bit that fits into the mouthpiece, the Ventolin one looks spot on identical to my real inhaler -- but my real inhaler doesn't have the thing that fits into the mouthpiece, so that would give it away.

It really wouild be great; nobody reacts to seeing someone use an inhaler. It wouldn't need to function *just* like an e-cig; in fact it would be much better, more realistic, if it worked like a real inhaler, press the canister part down to release a spray of vapor, inhale and hold.... just the breath-holding might be enough to prevent it from creating a cloud of vapor on the exhale. Also, if the "carrier" was 100% PG it would create much thinner, more realistic vapor.

I use a 80pg/20vg mix so it is pretty easy to just hold it in longer and no visable vapor comes out.
There was a thread on FB, yesterday regarding DOW, is NOT selling PG any longer to any businesses related to Electronic Cigarettes and the E-liquid. ???

Yah, I don't know about your state but here in DE they are trying to pass HB 309 which bans ALL e-cigs.
Part of the bill >>The General Assembly finds that it is in the best interest of the people of this State to protect nonsmokers from involuntary exposure to environmental tobacco smoke and emissions produced by electronic cigarettes in most indoor areas open to the public, public meetings, foods service establishments and places of employment.<<
So, in DE its not gonna matter if its no nic juice or 24 mg juice, it will be banned. Which will include parts of the Rehoboth Beach beach as they banned 90% of the smoking on the beach & forced the smokers into little areas. And if I remember right Dewey or Bethany Beach banned ALL smoking on the beach.
I'm gonna hit up on of the sponsers of the bill, not too sure if I can change her mind or not. At this point the bill was passed on to the Senate but I think it died there due to summer haitis.
