Alright, I get a lot of trash talk by cigarette smokers, especially from my cousins. I've been vaping for a good amount and I feel great! So every time I would take a toke they would always say something like "That S***T is annoying." "You vape too much!" "That S**T smells!! ". I always end up laughing and having to explain to them how much safer it is...yet they don't listen. I just think its funny whenever we have the same convo over and over again. Most of the time its me who gets the last word in trying to convert them to start vaping. Just wanted to see if I was the only one going through this?

If they're the same people you've explained ecigs to before, they're just pushing your buttons. Just ignore them.
If you can live with their nasty cigarette odor, they should live with your vapor odor. Unless you are vaping some garbage, then you need to reevaluate your flavor choices lol

I never understood the looks I would get standing outside a store (or whatever) smoking until I quit. Not that I'm going to be that guy but now I do understand it better. Walked past a smoker going into the mall on Saturday and once we got inside the wife looked at me and says "that guys cigarette really stunk, didn't it?). I just smilled and said yep pretty amazing how our sense of smell has changed in just a few weeks.
i do vape around smokers and if they say anything i will ask them how much does a pack cost now....7-9 bucks..well when i am vaping my own juice it costs me .50 cent a day..i diy and wrap my own coils ..i call it on-off tech when i want it .. unlike a cig where u light it up and then forced to smoke it all....relighting a smoke is nasty...and ohh what flavor is that smoke...tobacco and cat piss...no thanks
Strangely, most of the smokers I've been around have been interested (and eventually converted) or indifferent (some of whom still eventually converted). Most of the indifferent ones who didn't convert aren't negative, just neutral, and are happy for me that this works.
When faced with a (rare) negative attitude, I just tell them I'm glad their method works for them...and that mine works for me. If they push it, I ignore them.

Just walk up to them as they are smoking, sniff, and say "Wow, you REALLY stink."

Pretty funny having smokers complain about the smell when you vape..they likely don't realize how bad they smell to every non smoker that they encounter.
Spent last week in a class for work and during breaks several of the analog users were inquiring about my mod and tanks. On the 3rd day one of them showed up with a starter. All of them were very inquisitive but no haters
at least not to my face.
People I work with that don't smoke or vape love the way my vapes smell, they always ask what I'm vaping and say it smells so good.
Some of them are your cousins? Idk about everybody else but I know I tried to explain things to my cousin for years, turned out a swift crack in the mouth was all he needed to quit talking smack lol, then again that may not be how you solve your issues, I guess I've evolved too, now that cousin is a cop soooo, that's just my experience lol

I smoked cigars for the last 5 years, started vaping a little over 5 weeks ago and I get the old joke about how bad it
is for me because of what's in the juice.
I've also had comments that I don't stink like smoke anymore, I can tell the difference healthwise also.
