Yesterday morning I sent a support email; yesterday afternoon I placed an order (one item); no response to support email, no order confirmation, no shipping confirmation. They are usually SO FAST to respond, but as of this morning, nuttin'. Weird. Anything going on that you know of?

We're not having any issues that I'm aware of. If you PM me your name and email address I can look into it for you. Order confirmation emails are done automatically. You probably wouldn't have gotten a shipping confirmation yet because we are still catching up from the weekend.
