There was a period about 3 years ago when the packages (from the Seychelles) were delayed in Customs for "inspection", presumably to discourage commerce with certain vendors, but it just meant waiting an extra week or two for delivery, they always came through eventually ...
Those delays mysteriously stopped last year, and now I get my packages in about 10 calendar days. I assume Customs found their policy to be ineffective and costly ...
Sadly, any attempt to ban or regulate nic juice will just drive the business offshore, at a time when we need every new opportunity we can find. There will always be other countries or jurisdictions that will take advantage of a growing market and reap the profits ...
