Where does everyone vape?

I really don't want to stir up any controversy, but I'm really curious as to where everyone is vaping in public. I'll give my opinion, but I really want everyone's point of view.

I honestly don't vape anywhere except at home, in my car or in open areas in public. It's not that I don't think it's acceptable to do it in the mall or something, it's just that I don't have the need to. The weird thing about e-cigs is that I can literally go for hours without having a need to vape. On a side note, sometimes I'll forget to vape if I'm having a busy morning. That's how long I can go without vaping. If I were to ever try it in a restaurant, I'd probably ask the surrounding people if it was alright.

I think that most places are acceptable; however, I think it's extremely irresponsible to openly vape on an airplane. It's not that I feel as though people are going to get ...... that someone is vaping next to them or even that someone might mistake it for a cigarette (although these are concerns), it's that someone might mistake the vapor for smoke from the plane being on fire. I'm a nervous flyer just like many people; if I saw anything in the air that remotely looked like smoke, I'd freak out! Now vaping in the bathroom is another thing, but I don't want to get on a slippery slope.

Vaping is something that I, personally, would only do in areas where smoking is acceptable. If I'm in an area where smoking is not allowed, I won't even vape. Some e-cigs look too much like analogs, and the vapor produced can look like the real thing. I would hate to have to explain myself for doing it where smoking isn't allowed. Just my honest opinion ...

I treat vaping like cigs. Not in public building If I could wait for a drag then I can wait for a puff now.
The only thing that has changed is I now vape in my house. I suppose is if I had long to wait like in a movie theater for 2 hours. I would try to stealth, but I have yet to run in to a nic fit these days. Don't want to explain myself in the middle of shopping so I don't vape where smoking is not allowed.

I'm new at this, only switched from analogues about 3 weeks ago. So far, however, the more appropriate question is were don't a vape. Let's see: in an airport, on a plane, in bars/restaurants, in work meetings, in bed, etc.

Sometimes discreet and in moderation, but always a possibility...

The only thing that has changed is I now vape in my house.

I still step outside. It's nice to have the peace and quiet, and I got used to it.

I vape all the same places that I used to smoke except:

I can vape inside my apartment now.
I don't go outside to the deck anymore at home.
I don't like to vape in the smoking area outside of buildings anymore because it smells so I find a different nook to vape in.

I do vape in the house and in my office at work (I checked first and have complete support), but I found that I still wanted to go outside when at work. At first I was "sneaking" an analog on my outside trips but then realized that it wasn't the analog I needed, just needed to get away from my phone and my four monitors. Once I realized that, I started taking my PV outside and it's all good!

I also treat vaping like smoking. Well, mostly...

I don't vape in stores or restaurants or places like that, but I do vape in my house. I also vape at my desk at work, primarily because it's been unofficially OK'd. Two of my adjacent co-workers vape, my supervisor vapes, and another co-worker in the immediate vicinity recently made the switch from cigarettes to vaping.

The only people in our relatively-secluded area of the building who don't vape are the manager, who is a smoker, and one other co-worker. Our manager sees us all vaping, and has never said a word, and the non-smoking, non-vaping coworker has said several times that he doesn't mind it at all.

We have no kids. I vape in the house, in the cars, allowed to vape at my desk at a small company. I don't vape in plain sight where smoking isn't allowed. I am a naturally timid person and I don't like confrontation. However I will sneak a vape in bathroom and so far that includes my sister's house, the inlaws and a synagogue. I would certainly sneak a vape in an airplane toilet.

Usually in my basement when I'm home, and when I'm out I only use it in my favorite coffeeshop (where they have explicitly approved of my using it inside). Beyond that, in the car.

I vape at home, at work (but it's a super small company, just me and one other girl who I am NOT scared of, lol), at bars, bowling alleys, movie theatres...and anywhere outside of course.

I'm happy to be reading these posts. The ideas I have about vaping are being shared by a lot of people. I guess I gave my thought because I've read in other forums about how some people will vape anytime, anywhere. I've even seen pics of people vaping on planes blowing out huge plumes of vapor.

I vape in my house, but did not smoke there. I vape at work as well as my manager. I do try to avoid vaping in a store, I don't want any problems. I have never been bothered at bars tho. I love vaping in my car. I will not lie I will totally stealth vape anywhere if need be : )

I don't fly and I don't go to bars but I vape everywhere else. I will push the envelope if only to raise awareness, not to raise hackles.
