White Rock BC for the foreseable future. Grew up here but moved to NY years ago. Health reasons have forced me back under Mom's roof.
But Mom lives on the beach so it could be worse.
It's indeed been a challenge at times being a stranger in the very country I grew up in. Y'all are so polite, and I learned to be a raucous NYer. I hope the NHL will work things out. I am a rabid Canucks fan; I even went to that abysmal performance they called the Stanley Cup Final game 4 in Boston. If no NHL I have my American Football now. At least I picked a winning team in the GIANTS!
Also, Universal Health Care is just so awesome. You don't realize it until you don't have it. I had US insurance and I wonder if I will ever pay off my monstrous medical bills.
