do you mean 2 in parallel to make an effective r1, and another 2 in par to make r2, then "r1" and "r2" then in series? if so, then, yeh- it's 3.0...

How about this, everyone . . .. . 2 coils result in 1/2 the resistance. 3 coils result in 1/3 x Ω. 4 coils result in 1/4 x Ω. (I'm starting to see a pattern there.)
There are no setups with coils in series, unless you're vaping two devices at once. In series, each coil is an individual function, and has it's own resistance.

That makes sense. I was also using the wrong formula to calculate the net ohms of 4 coils.
I can see them now. Don't know why I couldn't before. I bought a 5 pack of those cheapie drippers and turned some into bottom feeders. They work great but I've had two of them have a post fall out when tightening the screws. The posts are press fit with a tiny bit of solder to hold them in.

The ones I'm anxiously waiting for is 5 YK1 KTS. So far that purple mini RDA does fine, the igo-s does better.
Getting ready to mix some 100% PG Banana juice tomorrow. Don't ask why, it's been a long time since I've vaped anything higher in PG than 50/50. I do remember vaping 100% pg and while vapor production was not that good God the flavor was out of this world. I can only imagine how damn good it should be in the RM2 (or so I hope
