Where to buy bases (unflavored e-liquid ready to be just flavored and vaped)?

As from the thread, I would like your advice on where to buy online 70%PG 30%VG bases at 8mg nicotine level. If you know a website that also carry good flavors that would be great! Thank you!

Mt. Baker Vapor sells unflavored in 236 ml sizes at 6 mg - not 8mg - and 65/35 or 80/20. If it's pre-mixed you may have to make compromises.

You could buy both 6 & 12mg and mix them 50/50 to get to 9mg.
