Where to head for customer service?

First time I've needed support from nhaler and ain't having any luck. Shot off a couple of messages beginning two weeks ago via the contact section of nhler's site, but only silence in return. What's a poor guy do to get some service? I received the wrong items. Thanks for any tip.

Update... Drew responded immediately, and we resolved my prob. In fact, the order mistake was at my end, and my regular email's down so his original reply disappeared. Anyhow, just want to come clean.
