The lemon juice idea sounds genius...

I'll have to try that, I just take them out to my workshop and bust a move with the air compressor; blow out as much juice as I can;

then hold them up to my reverse osmosis water tap and squirt, oops (all over the wall) reposition squirt again; then just blow the water out with the air compressor,

and finally heat them up with a hair dryer if I need it right away, if not I set them in the fan stream of my dell computer...

Ultra low tech, I'm yet to have one that didn't come back to fresh...

I'm frugal, I blow the juice into a vessel, throw in a itty bitty ball of cotton and suck through it as a filter with a blank syringe--ala the herion addicts-thanks junkies...

I've a method now for filling... and yes Nick you're right, filling from the cap end seems to give tastier results

...I set the cart, just enough to hold it in one of its rubber caps---juice away very generously till the juice comes out the battery end and into the rubber cap

Toss in my cotton ball and suck up the overage...

I salute the junkies as innovators in frugality...

PS. I should mention I let the refilled carts sit overnight, that this method requires time to soak through...

Side note, with a rubber cap just slightly on an opened cart you can squeeze it and work the juice back and forth a bit...always fun to smoosh the juice

ROFL I've never heard of such frugal-ness with the e-liquid! I'm glad the ...... junkies of the world have contributed something to you.

I still haven't worked myself up to get anything with cartomizers. I have a buddy who gets me the liquid at cost+shipping+glassbottle=$5/30mL.
But batteries I'm not so lucky, so I'm either building a NicoStick or buying a Janty Stick.

My name is fo and I enjoy inhaling semi noxious vapors and no I don't mind if you think it's a bad habit, I'd say you're aim is a bit low, it's a "bad ..." habit...

that said, I'm delighted to be off analogues.

The .... type rituals help me focus on vaping, and it's the combination of the diversion of maintaining my gear--plus the nicotine reward that has made quiting tobacco possible for me.

Oddly I see folks who claim to be unable to get their fix with PVs, while I, a veteran nicotine junky have to cut my 24mg. just to be able to keep vaping without passing out...

I sometimes I wonder if I'm mistaking nicotine withdrawal symptoms for nicotine over saturation?

They are the same symptoms eh? Headache etc...

I better not think about that too long..LOL

Anyway I see the juice as precious and acting like a junky as my natural state of being...

I'm the same way about maintaining my gear.
Clean the batt/atty contacts, dripping, etc. = finding a lighter, packing my cigs, lighting, etc

Replaced one ritual with another and I couldn't be happier.

About the nicotine situation you mentioned... I don't know, and I won't say anything lol. I recently got into a heated debate about it here on the forums. I question alot of it as well because I have had OD symptoms like you.

Strange as it may seem, I've sought out and have purchased 30ml. of 48mg. juice for to sate my addictively obsessive self..

Last night I fell into a session of what amounts to "chasing the dragon"...

just was not happy with the hits I was getting, could not taste them; well, not taste them like the first hit--yeah my teeth were numb, felt just fine, except I wanted a better hit...

finally I just had to go to bed, I spiked a load of 24mg. (strongest I have) with pure cinnamon flavoring---

That got head my spinning, that was good, still though, I felt like just a little more would be better.

I'm having fun though, smile

You are absolutely the first person i have heard of to want LESS throat hit.

I'd like less throat hit too... I want flavor and nicotine coursing through my vains... no need to feel it on my throat... my old Marly Reds went down much smoother, throat-wise... but still, I can live with "too much throat sensation" for my PVs. Just wish there was less, that's all.

GREENCIG GREENCIG GREENCIG

I have the ltv9 and the kr808 and I am looking for the exact same thing. Lots of vapor, very low throat hit. I ordered a pack of greencig cartomizers and high voltage juice from nhaler (the french vanilla coffee is my favorite). These things come in 16mg which is just harsh as hell. But they are fantasic for refilling. Inside the greencig cart is a standard type atty at the top with wick and inner cartridge filled with polyfil. To open it, pop off the back, then I use a drill to make a small hole in the back of the inner cartridge and then a tweezer to pull it out. I then run it under water to flush out the juice, blow the water out to dry it and then refill with my own juice. I use the HV juice from nhaler mixed with a bit of VG. Pop the cartridge back in and start puffing away.

These cartomizers are infiinitely refillable, produce tons of vapor, never burn, and completely drain the 18-20 drops it takes to fill without any buring taste. I have heard a post from one user who said they used the same cartomizer for a month! Also, once you have drilled the hole, you can easily refill it with a syringe or dropping carefully from the back. I love these things.
