1. How much are you willing to spend?
2. Do you want/need airflow control on the side? Or will afc on the bottom be fine?
3. They are all pretty much the same as far as quality is concerned.

With all that said, I have the KFL+ Black Edition that I got from Ebay. I'm pretty sure it's made by Tobeco IIRC, and it's been great. So great in fact that I purchased an authentic KFL+ v2 this week.

Good points except for #3, I wouldn't say the EHPro ia as good, after having one, and reading a lot of other reviews, they seem to have leaking from the seals more than the rest.

I've found all of them for under $40. I don't know if the air flow on the side or bottom makes a difference, just wasn't sure if one was more prone to leaking more than the other.

*Personally* I found the side adjust airflow to be a bit drier hit than the bottom, but I found the bottom airflow to whistle unlike the side ones.
I would guess you should base what you want on what you currently use...which is?

Leaking from the airholes mostly happens due to user error, unless it's a really bad clone.

As for price, I wouldn't pay more than $35 for a clone and that's only if I had to have it now. If you're willing to wait you can get them much cheaper from china. Venerablevaping.com will have them back in stock soon for a great price and AJ is a great guy, very good business he runs.

Yep, the ehpro(kayfun lite) is enticing, but I would say skip, especially if it's your first. The top one (kayfun lite plus) is pretty good, but the second one (russian 91%) seems to be the most prolific and the most well liked.

What toppers do you currently use? Gennies or drippers?

If you want the second one you pictured, here is the seller on fleabay with a pretty decent deal - http://www.ebay.com/itm/Kayfun-Lite...130?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item2c7d1ea42a

Used to use gennies, currently using a bottom fed dripper on a reo grand.

Have the lite + on order from venerablevaping but I am very impatient. March 11 plus the time of shipping is a good bit away.

Solid choice. AJ actually told me the other day he might be expecting them sooner, the 11th is just the projected time for now.
I was going to say, if you use gennies or drippers you might want to go for the airflow option as you might be used to a bigger draw.
That being said, since you're coming from Reoville, other Reonauts have said the Kayfun is nice and all but doesn't compare to squonking. Don't have a Reo myself, but thought I would throw that out to you just in case.
Personally I love the Kayfuns, ease of use, flavor, blah, blah, blah. I've all kinds of different little complaints about the style, but what setup do any of us have that is 100% perfect? They all have their little quirks.

Yeah I love my reo but I have all these mods going to waste lol. I need a little variety every now and then.

I have an ehpro lite and it has been great. I was not aware that there were long-term issues with leaking. I've only had mine about a week or so and like it so much I was thinking of getting another. Can someone point me to some threads where the problems are discussed at length?

I did do some research prior to purchase and found the reviews mainly positive for the ehpro, the one I avoided was the Tobeco or any generic clone.

That version of the EHpro is pretty good. I have one of those, and a genuine KFL+. The EHpro has a pretty tight draw when compared to the genuine, even with the adjustment screw completely taken out, but it's not too tight for my taste. As far as machining quality goes, it ranks right up there with the genuine. They're both 100% stainless steel, but I suspect the EHpro is a slightly lower grade than the genuine. Does that matter? Only time will tell.
