Ok the parts just showed up . so far they look good ., 1 problem !! the Brass tubes are COPPER WTH they do not know what brass is ?? so anyhow I will get some pics up soon so you can see for yourself , it does not look bad but it is not the same

Ummm.... Copper doesn't cost as much as brass. Did they reflect that price difference in your bill mike? Those guys are real winners.
Ok, these guys are no Mensa conventioneers—by now, we've figured that out. But here's the thing: the next batch, at a minimum, will be plated with actual, honest-to-God brass, and will have the standard size ∞ logo.
Add that up, and this batch is a limited edition; you'll be able to identify any one of them as a piece out of the original 500 at a glance. There's an intrinsic value to that, even if it was born out of a comedy of errors by a machine shop full of cement-heads.

I bet these guys get allot of return customers. Are they copper on aluminum or just copper pipe they machined? What are they telling you about all these mistakes? They must be related somehow to Pelosi or Reid, "You have take it to you so you can see whats in it and you'll know that you like it".

Mike, You need to find a different machine shop. I don't care if it raises the cost per unit ten dollars.
I don't think I have ever seen so many errors or problems in one customer order like yours. And on top of it all to actually ship parts that are completely the wrong material? Unthinkable.
When my father retired from the Coast Guard twelve years ago he opened a machine shop specializing in custom parts and small lot parts production just like you ordered and we have never, and I mean never had problems like these buffoons you are dealing with.
I don't see how these guys keep customers doing business like that. A machine shops reputation is its ability to provide exactly what the customer orders on time and within specification. This is not what you are getting.

Well to add to the mess the inside bore was .25mm too small ! so the batteries did not fit ! , I am having them bored out now at a local machine shop and YES he knows what he is doing LMAO !
No its TRUE they SUCK ! , I tried a new supplier and they made really good samples but the production run was " you know "
