I stopped reading at Obama tobacco control act of 99. Your opening statement is so flawed, I'm not even sure how you had the guts to type it. 99 was 15 years ago. Do the math.

Beyond that, if you don't cloud chase, what are you crying about? This subject, and all of the other roundabout ways to bash "cloud chasers" has really gotten old. The dead horse has been beaten.

And its one of the reasons few of us ever visit here. The OP is so flawed its actually quite funny. Pick a random number out of your ..., and you will end up with ..... I know my lung capacity has not decreased. I know my blood work is good. I know Im healthy as can be.

I'd be willing to pitch in a few bucks for that card. The more we know the better. Especially if it's not at the expense of my health.
Pay for my juice and Ill gladly step up from my 10Ml a day :p

But there is a new menace that may actually threaten our health as vapers and that is high wattage vaping. .

"New Menace"... There's nothing new (or menacing, for that matter) about high watts. We just lower the ohms and use better wicking material now instead of increasing the voltage. It used to be a 3 ohm atty and a stacked pair of 18350s to get to the 20w range. - Then it was dual and triple coil cartos - now it's high amp batts and sub-ohm coils.... It used to be that the materials used in LR commercial attys couldn't be pushed much beyond 12-15watts. The coils would pop.

For a person with a year earlier join date than mine, you sure missed a lot on ECF over the last 4 1/2 years.

Without people pushing the envelope and finding the limits of what these devices are capable of - Without people who want more from them - without people who consider how they can be made to work better, last longer, and fit any particular lifestyle more fluidly, we would all be stuck with 901/801/510 under-performing sealed-cartridge battery-dead-in-an-hour PG-only-maybe-a-dozen-flavors-of-juice cig-a-like junk like we used to be.

Seems like thanking such people is a lot more appropriate than denigrating them

"8 ml a day of snickerdoodle" Lololol! Once I got done laughing, I got to thinking. 8ml of snickerdoodle a day is RIDICILOUS! These young snickerdoodle vapers are going to ruin vaping for everybody. Everybody knows the exhaled vapor from snickerdoodle is highly toxic to the great Zimbabwean Doberman Pinscher. I wish the snickerdoodle crowd would just grow up.

Ya know, I should probably just not reply... LOL

Even if the OP is flawed, I don't think it's an erroneous question to pose. When research is done and reported, it wouldn't be bad to include a volume distinction. In other words, if the average vaper is using 3-4ml of fluid a day and that's what a particular bit of research is based on, it's accurate to report it that way.

No one can deny that the person who drinks a case of beer a day is doing a lot more damage to themselves than a person who drinks one beer per day. I certainly wouldn't wants laws about alcohol formed based on the actions of alcoholics, and I wouldn't want all research conducted on those who drink too much. We know one glass of red wine per day can actually be beneficial. We also know that drinking too much can kill you.

We should all want this kind of knowledge about vaping too. Safety thresholds and limits are important info to have. Cloud chasing likely pushes a lot of limits and certainly the whole community benefits from those limits being pushed. I think negative perceptions can result when ignorant people make assumptions, but also when cloud chasers are out doing obnoxious things. It should serve as a learning process for all of us.

ps. I'm not comparing cloud chasers to alcoholics. I just think it's a better analogy than some others that have been posted.

SmokinRabbit...thats an excellent point and I doubt anyone here would try to argue it. The problem arises when people pull numbers and figures out of thin air and post them as facts. Hence the sarcasm.

By the way....the Great Zimbabwean Doberman Pinscher analogy is 74% better than your alcoholic analogy. This figure was illegally obtained from the op's personal hard drive.

If you prefer your sanity intact, stay out of Norway lol. No more beer sales in any stores past 8 pm on weekdays and 6 pm on Saturdays. Definitely no sale on Sundays. All for my own protection. :D

Luckily, I'm well prepared. :toast:

Man, these threads are so popular, I should start one saying that anyone who doesn't vape at least 75% PG is a wuss. If you breathed smoke for all those years, why are you so afraid of a little throat hit? ;)

Kidding. Really. I've already been slapped around by a bunch of cloud chasers in another thread just cuz I said it was 'silly.' I still think it is, but I'll defend their absolute right to be silly if they want to.

Vape on! In any way you feel is necessary, or desirable! :vapor:
