i vape constantly... & if my nic is too low, i vape even more. i've never been under the illusion that i'm not a total nicotine junkie though. i think it might bug my hubby a little, cuz he tries not to vape constantly, but cest la vie, right? i'm just doing the best i can. no matter how much i vape, it's still better than smoking, i think. :)

I vape all day long too at 12 mg - especially when I'm at the computer or watching TV at night. I did recently drop to 6mg right before bed.

my husband always switches to lower nic juice before bed too. me? i could vape 24mg one second & be sound asleep the next. it's the same with caffeine. i can drink a Dew & go right to sleep no problem. it's one of those great things that also kind of suck... like just about everything else i suppose.

yep add me to the list of all day (and sometimes night, when I work 3rd shift)!

the other night my son and I were laying in bed watching a movie. So there I laid vaping away while teaching my son more about great movies of the 80's (that nights movie was The Little Shop of Horrors, he gave it a :thumb:). The next thing I knew I woke up hours later and totally freaked out because I looked up and my Riva wasn't in my little cup I keep it in when not vaping (which isn't often) so I jumped up and was looking all around
where is it?
where is it?
where was it?
in my dang hand! and I commenced to vaping until I fell asleep again. woke up with it my hand again in the morning.

This sort of thing makes the fact that I'm not smoking analogs anymore even better and means I'm doubly not killing myself anymore. I'm on heavy duty meds and sleeping pills and at least 3 times...that I know of, I nearly killed myself and my whole family falling asleep with a cig in my hand.:censored::censored: The first time it happened I only realized it because I felt a sharp pain on my leg, when I reached down to check it out I found a burn hole through 5 covers and a burn on my leg which has left a huge scar...to say it was scary is a MASSIVE understatement! The other two times it happened I woke up just in time not to burn myself, and I never remembered lighting a cig. At that point I had to make myself not bring my cigs anywhere near my room and sometimes even locked them up because I felt sure I was sleep walking/smoking more than I knew. That is a very sad thing to admit...and this is the first time I've ever done so...so please be gentle with me:blush:. PV's have saved my life in more ways than I could ever imagine...and so I'll vape all dang day if I want to!! and I do:p

I vape all day . The web sites in Canada seem to only sell 24mg or less so I have never tried 36mg but I don't think I need to . I smoked for 30 years and only quit once for about a month on the patch . I smoked at least 2 packs a day but I look at it this way . On the side of the pack it gives a range of nic you get from on analog . 1.1-2.4mg on the ones I smoked . That is from each cig . What I heard is that 75% of the nic is destroyed in the vaporization process so 24mg liquid you get only 6mg in the vapor . Now I use about 3ml a day at 24mg sometimes more . Lets say I used 4ml at 25mg or 100mg of nic a day in the liquid . I am only getting about 25mg a day in the vapor . Even at the low range of the values on the cig pack that is only about the same nic as 25 analogs so I am actually getting about half the nic I used to at 2 packs a day . I use a necklace to hold my ecig as I need both hands to do my job . I take 2 puffs on it and then wait a short while and take 2 more . I do that all day long . I quit analogs 3 months after picking up an ecig and love vaping more than smoking .

Pretty much the only time I go more than half an hour without vaping is when I'm at work. (And even there I get a few quick puffs when no one is around or while I'm in the bathroom.) At home, I'm forever topping off my cartos because of the constant vaping. Even though I use 7mg juice, I do still stop for a short period of time when I feel a headache coming on or feel light-headed. But that never lasts long. At least I don't have to make a conscious effort to stay hydrated. Even before I started vaping, I've always kept a drink nearby.
