Apart from the old Sobranie multi coloured cigs that seemed to appear once a year, I don't know of any flavoured cigarettes or of anyone who smoked flavoured cigarettes other than tobacco or menthol.
With the advent of vaping there has been an explosion in the flavour market. Surely the aim is to give the user a sensation of smoking so that they can make the transition from tobacco. I would imagine that the vast majority of smokers never smoked flavoured cigarettes, so why encourage them to start vaping flavoured liquids? That in itself would give our detractors fuel for their argument, that we are deliberately trying to keep people addicted by offering nice flavours and, most importantly, that we are tempting under age people to become addicted.
Legislation/regulation has been inevitable all along and in time the fuss will die down. If this is perceived as a civil rights issue then why wasn't a campaign launched to allow the sale of multi flavoured tobacco or beer at 30% proof etc?
What would be interesting though is whether a liquid with zero nicotine would be banned. vaping glycerin, water and flavouring will have to be addressed and that should stump the legislators.
John.

I smoked camel lights almost exclusively. However, for a treat every once in a while I would stop at the smoke shop and get imported german vanilla cigs. Loved Them! Now I vape EcoPure Fresh and Krystal, but again would love a good vanilla. In fact my next order I'm including 10ml of RIZe French Vanilla to try. Not sure if that is PG or VG though. I would love to see more choices in the EcoPure line. But don't get me wrong, what's there now is fabulous.

Smoked mostly menthol, it does dampen coughing, but loved my vanilla cigs, too.

Besides, frankly, you could only sell flavourless liquid, and the health nazis would complain that people pour completely vape-untested food flavourings into them. Which we already do, anyway. Don't bend over backwards to accommodate those. Unless, of course, you also support selling only alcoholic beverages with alcohol taste only.

I never really saw a lot of flavored cigs and never smoked them. I only saw flavored cigars and wraps and never knew anyone to use them for tobacco lol.

I smoked menthol and vape menthol but need to find a stronger brand Newport strength vapor would be awesome. I do have some blueberry liquid but its not really a full time vape for me. I am sure I will end up trying other flavors too. I have never really liked eating sweets because I like to stay thin but do enjoy the taste so vapor is a good option. Maybe 0nic vapor will fix the US obesity problem, we can wish.

Is there an answer for all? :)

I just started vaping within the past two weeks, not fully off analogs but most times I stuck with regulars, seldom on the menthols unless I had to bum a smoke. When I first started it was Marb Reds, some Camel here/there but in the past 10 years or so I went to lights. The first flavored (analog) I had was as a teen when a friend came back from France with vanilla and peach (I was hooked, she was not even a smoker either), but only smoked those on a rare occasion (fully agree that too much can make for a sick feeling). Now I am still on Marb Lights & vaping, but I have taken a taste for the coffee flavors. And I hope before I am 30 within a few weeks I am fully off the analogs.

I was mostly menthol - but loved cloves, vanilla, and chocolate cigs. When Camel had the chocolate mint cigs, I was in heaven!

Am basically a regular tobacco smoker/vaper, but I loved the Camel flavoured series too! Chocolate Mint and Mandarin Orange rocked! Also smoked cloves once in a while for a treat. REALLY ...... me off when the nanny government outlawed flavoured cigs.

Anyway, I can't vote here, since the poll only includes either/or, not both.

Never used them. Probably because when I started smoking the only people that ever used flavored cigarettes or tobacco was my friends grandparents.

Seriously in the 80's and 90's you had to be a septuagenarian to smoke wild cherry or peach.

That was one of the big reasons it ...... me off so bad to see them get outlawed and old people get deprived of something they enjoyed while kids could go right on getting menthols.

What the hell kind of effed up logic was behind that???

We smoked tobacco flavored cigarettes because we were smoking TOBACCO. Vaping is not smoking tobacco. Don't get me wrong, I like some and vape some of the tobacco flavors. However, the ones I've smoked really taste nothing like a cigarette. Thank God! I see nothing wrong with making some enjoyable flavors to vape. Do we need to be punished? Does our Vape juice need to taste like an ashtray? I think not. We are adults. We are trying to better ourselves. We are trying to live healthier lives. And there is nothing wrong with having a flavor that we feel taste good. JMHO.

Peace
