On my 68th day now :) no analogs, a miracle for me to say the least. My lung capacity has incrementally gone up so far. "breathing" before quitting is not even in the same world as breathing is now. Phew! And only bad health effect (if you can call it that) was the mouth and throat dryness, which went completely away at some point in the 1st month.

My brother used to own a green laser, it had a line going wherever you point it at without fog.. so it is possible.
LOL millhugz, that one came out of nowhere :D

This poll is related to your question: Long-Term Success Rate

you might find this thread interesting too: for people that already have eczema or dietary histamine intolarance, vaping PG may eventually lead to PG sensitivity resulting in itchiness and hives; the condition may be aggravated by artificial food additives like colorings and flavorings, as well as foods naturally high in histamine; the condition is aggravated by PG containing products: lotions, soaps, shampoos, toothpaste, medicine capsules and fillers, nicotine replacement products....

Been off analogs alittle over 17 months now. See day count at bottom. I had to have a new chest x-ray done as a basline because my doctor now considers me a non-smoker. Also, due to a non-smoking relaed issue, had to have a scope down my nose into my throat about 5 months ago (fell and hit head which caused dizziness), doctor that did the test informed me if I hadn't told him I'd been a smoker for 43+ years, he would never have known.

I absolutly love my Chuck.
