I have been vaping about 3 weeks now. When I smoked analogs it was just pull them out of the pack, light, and smoke.
Now I am finding myself, filling carts & carotmizers, cleaning atties. messing with my batteries figuring which ones I want to use at any given time regular 510's or egos. And testing juices. Spending hours on forum learning everything I can and looking at suppliers sites.
I don't have time to smoke and boy am I tired.
Thanks everyone!!!

When tobacco taxes skyrocketed I started making my own cigarettes. Having messed with all of that stuff I find the e-cig workload as being no better/no worse. The "work" involved with e-cigs will decline once you find your comfort zone and get used to things.

I couldn't agree more. We also smoked RYO, so getting into vaping was a fairly easy transistion. I already was accustomed to "working for it". Actually, I find myself spending a lot less time filling carts and doing maintenance than I did rolling cigarettes. And it was a godsend when we went camping. Instead of rolling a couple of cartons, I just packed up a box of juices, blanks, and extra batts. It was WAY easier to deal with!

I posted something like this on this forum before. But recently I've been spending much less time with preparations after having switched to caromizers. I suspect it might even be cheaper than atomizers if you keep your cartos wet all the time. Very easy way to administer nicotine to your addicted brain ;) YMMV of course.

Technology is the key. and it's improving.

I to am new to the ecig community, but have over the last month experienced the cost and associated enjoyment associated with ecigs. I started with a Revolver Elite, which is a good smoke with short battery life, then moved to the Modern Vapor 902 which has longer battery life, but lighter vapor, then I really got the bang with the VPYR and a DSE801 atty. This is probably the closest thing to analogs that I can imagine. I am 6 weeks without a Vantage and I love it.
