And all this time I thought this was a young persons game, feeling a bit out of place as fifty year old convert.
Was hell bent on quitting cigarettes before turning 50 just did not know how I would do so without landing up in jail or some or other mental institution. Then some friends said, here, try this and handed me a mod. That was it, never looked back and never even had an urge to do so. That was the 4th of December 2015, just more than a month before my self imposed "d" day of 16 Jan 2016.
Never expected vaping could be this effective as a method of quitting a 34 year addiction!
P.S. By the way, now I am addicted to vapemail and internet shopping... Much healthier though rather expensive.... explains the reason I call myself MTPockets... Its true! LOL

I'm 30, I started vaping (regularly) when I was 27?
What surprises me though, is like others I always thought this was a more "younger" crowd, yet a majority of the vapers I've come across in person are 50+ Granted this could be coincidence, but still surprising to me.

I feel like I'm 40 until I squat to see what's on bottom store shelf.....Then since I don't have the doohicky around my neck, I have to shout, "Help! I've squatted and my knees have locked up!"
That started happening to me in my 20s though!
27! First tried a cig around 13 years old, pack a day at 15 or 16 and then pack and a half over the more recent years so it's good to get off them while I'm still somewhat young. Been vaping for three weeks now, had two cheater cigs in that time though.
Took me a month to completely give up cigs. There's a saying we have around here: Count the ones you don't have, not the ones you do.27!
