Who will build it?

I have (what I think is) a brilliant idea for a PV.
It is made mostly of brass and has kind of a classic industrial look to it - a style partly inspired by the trench lighter:

It uses an 18650 and has a glass tank that will hold at least 5 - 10ml of juice with an integrated juice pump.

You would just take the PV (no supplies) with you in the morning, and it will last all day.

Unfortunately, I am not skilled enough (nor do I have the proper milling machines) to build it.

What I I am thinking is maybe find some machine shop or someone to knock of a few dozen of them and sell them.
If they do well, make a bunch more.

How would I go about even finding someone to do this?
(by the way, I am not trained at all in any kind of CAD or CNC software)

Any advice?

The only one I have seen was Carlos', and this is quite different.
Any links to others?

Regardless, I don't mind paying for the upfront investment, because I think they will sell well, and even if they don't, I will have exactly what I am looking for even if I just get a one-off.
I haven't found anyone who provides exactly what I am looking for, so I want to have it built.

Do you know if I could hire someone to do quality technical drawings, and a ballpark of what that might run me?
