Accidentally put a flat top VTC4 in a mech the other day and vaped on it until I realized it was dropping off. When I took it out I noticed it was upside down and checked the voltage on a multimeter. It reads fine and isn't super low (3.65~V) I'm wondering if it is safe to charge/use again. If not it is no worries I got it for free on a rather large vape mail order ^^
