Why are these bottles used when the bottle on the right is better (to me anyway)

I will probably take a medicine for life and a side effect of tremors in the hands. Watching me trying to drip is pretty funny.
But I have much better luck filling Stardusts(not a huge problem there) or dripping with it. Maybe I could buy some bottles...syringes? Input greatly appreciated. I've only found one vendor that uses the straight narrow tip.

Thank you.

I love the needle tip bottles but you do have to be light when squeezing the bottle. They are so easy to use. I got mine from ecblendflavors

The needle tips with caps don't work at all with airplane travel. The pressures changes from high altitude flying pops the caps off and you end up with juice every where. My solution is to use a syringe with a needle tip. It's the only way to fill a DID or Poly Pro tank. You only need a couple needle tips and I picked up 500 3mL syringes for about $20.00 from a medical supplier. When the numbers on the syringe start to fade, I just toss it and grab another.
