:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

I haven't been able to get an order in with AVE juice in well over 3 months.

Yes I know they had a credit card breach and I was one of the damned that had my credit card info stolen and over $700 worth of goods bought. I didn't find out from a mass email from AVE, which absolutely should have happened I found out because I look at my online statements and saw a charge for Christian mingle.. Firstly I'm not Christian and Secondly I don't mingle I have a wife.

When I brought this to the attention of AVE they gave me a gift card code which I'm sure is expired or no longer works now.. I don't know for sure because I CAN NEVER PUT AN ORDER IN.

Doesn't matter what time of day 11am EST, 2p EST, 5p EST, 9p EST... EVERY TIME EST..

WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?!?!?!? All I want is to get what I'm owed. When am I supposed to order something form you guys so I can use the measly credit you gave me for destroying my credit account????!?!?!?

:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

I apologize for this inconvenience, you can go ahead and email me at avejuicecs@gmail.com and we will have you taken care of the reason why your old coupon code is not working is because of our new website, I can gladly assist you with this matter once you email me. As for our hours of business we open 8:00am PST. We close our store when the order cap has been filled for the day. You can go on our website while we are closed and add the items you would like to purchase to the wishlist so once we do open you can proceed to check out. I would suggest going on as soon as we open to process your order. We have been staying open a lot longer than we have been so hopefully you can get your order in soon!

Kind of surprised, they were open at like 6 or 7 PM EST last night, noticed that when I was checking my order status from my Saturday order (didn't have an issue ordering then either).

Not saying I doubt you, maybe I'm just lucky, but they were open pretty long yesterday compared to some other times.

Edit: also kind of wondering why I didn't get a coupon code or credit, or even a sorry when my credit card got hit. I didn't even get a response. Not griping, just saying.

Also wondering what happened to the savings/discount we were supposed to get when the site opened back up, according to Ben, for being patient during the AVE downtime. Maybe I missed something.

Hey, at least I was able to finally get an order in and let you guys take the money I kept trying to give you! Lol

Through March, April, and May we asked for anyone who thought they'd been effected to contact us for in-store credit. Let me be clear here; we know around 20 orders were effected, we tracked those redirects and contacted those e-mails, this was my decision knowing we could have missed someone or another intrusion. During that time I've issued over 150+ coupons for in-store credit. (40.00USD usable twice, once per order)

It's now August. I'm calling it on the coupons.

As for the discount it was up when we opened. It is now gone as we resume normal sale prices and get ready for the holidays (..and sales!)

EDIT: anyone with a code from March/April will want to contact us with your old code and we can reissue a new one for the new website. Call us Mon-Sat 8am - 2pm PST (661) 940-1938 or contact us at avejuiceCS@gmail.com

What are you owed and how did I destroy your credit account? We are processing many hundreds of orders a day. We are open daily.

I can get you taken care of but this isn't the proper place, nor the right angle of attack. Contact us at avejuiceCS@gmail.com or at (661) 940-1938 Mon-Sat 8am-2pm PST.

Thank you Wookie1. I have emailed the address you advised. I will be leaving on a business trip to San Fran tonight and will return on Aug 10th. I hope we can get things sorted out.

Porphy you destroyed my account by forcing my bank to close my account for several days while they investigated the issue and finally got my funds back to me. I understand why this might not be a concern to you because it wasn't your account it was mine (one of your customers). And to suggest that I'm 'attacking' you is kinda out of line.

Hopefully Wookie1 will be more compassionate in resolving my concerns.

It would have been pretty hard for anyone to take advantage of the discount when you first reopened, it was way too hard to order, but we already kinda covered this topic in another thread Ben, so I'll just concede the point.

As far as the in store credit, I think it was very nice of you guys to take care of some folks. I did contact you guys about it, like I said, never got a response. Not like I made up the nearly $600 in fraudulent charges on my account. Nah, I'm not asking for a coupon, you can keep it. Just saying, not everyone that should have been taken care of gotten taken care of, according to the premise you set yourself by giving coupons out for the victims. I'm not the only one that didn't get a response about the fraudulent charges even contacting you in a timely manner. Maybe we just slipped under the radar..

Not picking a fight, though every time I correspond with you it seems to be taken that way. Still love your juice, still like you and Christie, still ordered my GJ, will still order again in the future.

Wow...I had no idea Ben was so powerful and influential that he could force a Bank to close someone's account. Perhaps Ben is the CEO of that Bank?

I think I'd change banks if they did that to me. The times I've had fraud charges, all my bank did was flag the transactions, remove them and credit the funds.....also they deactivated my debit card and provided me a temporary card until the new one arrived in the mail 2 days later.

No wonder you're mad at Ben...I would be too if he made my bank close my account for a few days....

I've taken no action which resulted in a closed account on your part. I haven't insinuated you were attacking me either. "Angle of attack" was used in this instance to mean - the direction you took getting your issue resolved. We're willing and wanting to get you taken care of and Wookie1 is already taking care of you. The issue the gives me the rub is that you believe in your mind that I took some action that resulted in my website being hacked and my business being effected.

It's a ....ty situation, indeed. I agree with that sentiment wholeheartedly. I'm not responsible for the thievery that was done, and to suggest I were the cause of your closed account, leads to that assumption. What response am I supposed to give to that? It hurts.

We're going to get you taken care of as we've tried to take care of everyone so far. Granted we can do better and we will. The solution to any issue with us starts with our customer service contacts, reach us on the phone or at our e-mail, we have dedicated wookies like Wookie1 to take care of you. The forums are a tangential way at best to get our attention. However, liberal use of angry-faces seems to help.

You know Porphy. I was in a bad place when I drafted that post. Truth be told I was actually sitting in the hospital with my wife while she was having some heart issues. IIRC that's the same sort of thing that happened to Ben.

I apologize for the way I initiated this conversation it was certainly poor form on my part. I'm happy that we were able to get the situation resolved regarding the credit card issue. Now I just hope I can find the magic window to make an order.

Thanks. You Rock!
