Ok, here is my setup as it stands.
This is my other desk. The drawers on the left hold mixing hardware (beakers, syringes, blunt tips, flasks, bottles, rubber gloves, etc. etc.). The twine I use for extractions, and the mini plastic boxes (in the tackle box and next to the twine) are used to hold 5-10ml bottles of DIY mixes that need to steep out of the light. I got all of the setup at Goodwill or the dollar store.

This is the main tackle box. It was originally a toolkit for an electrical engineering class. Now I use it to store all the basics. Tri-level, I can hold bottles and batteries, and misc other items as needed. The mason jars are for extracts, and the USPS boxes are due to the fact that most of my restock is arriving today and tomorrow. Behind this tackle box is a second one that is only for DIY.
This is the top part of it. The bottom left corner are pre-made bottles of 18mg juice (30% PG) that are just waiting to have flavor added. The rest are bottles of flavors, labels, and a note pad / index cards for mixing notes.
Under the top part of the DIY box, are the mixers. VG, PG, Sour/Tart mix, AAA Magic Mask, and dropper bottles of flavor and glass vials of flavor held in place with seat cushion foam.
It isn't much, but the setup works for me. The desk area is sort of a clean room for mixing, and I tend to clean everything down once a week even if I didn't use it. I have access to an autoclave too for the bottles and other tools, so I use that as well for cleaning.
