I have rewicked T3's with cotton and I accept that after some good use they wear out. These are new and shouldn't need attention. I also have other clearos including evods which are virtually identical to the T3S and they're fine. I think I just got a bad batch of heads.

Caveat emptor, I guess.

Could be... I find T3 aren't what used to be. Disposables are meant for that, so I don't rewick/recoil heads.

do you happen to have any old ce4 type clearos? i had this exact same problem on an evod i just purchased, tried flipping the silicon cap and still gurgle and leak. popped the silicone nipple sleeve off a burnt out ce4 clearo put it on upside down on top of the evod cap and viola not a single leak or gurgle. also greatly helps with the overly airy draw i had at first. it not only slides over the shaft extending through the body, it also creates a tighter seal between the center pole on the base. i seriously dont get why kanger cant just do this at the factory. it would add maybe a penny or two to the production cost.
