Why? It's the law. We're lucky we aren't banned and tax'd right now.
Unjust laws need to be changed, not just meekly accepted.

And we're not "lucky" they are not banned right now.
They are not banned right now because people who were in the right fought for what is right.

This appears to be the kind of activity that not only do you NOT endorse, but that you actively encourage us not to follow.
And if we were doing that all along, they would already be banned.

See this thread if you don't know what I'm talking about...
http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...ads-everything-relevant-njoy-vs-fda-case.html

If we continue with our "I can vape anywhere I want" attitude, they will come down with the hammer.
The vast majority of us don't have that attitude, so if you're basing the rest of your arguments on that it just doesn't fly.

Until you win with your fight. Obey the laws then.

end of story.
simple, don't vape where you aren't supposed to smoke.

wow, man. very simple rule.
"Obey the laws" does not equal "don't vape where you aren't supposed to smoke". Do you really not see that? Or, are you just trying to get your post count up?

I vaped at the pharmacy today...the clerk asked me if I liked vaping, did it work, and was told me how hard it was for her to quit smoking. She was really glad when I gave her the info re: ECF and told her about flavors.

If she had asked me to stop, I would have. I don't think wee need laws, just common sense and courtesy.

please go on and write it.
A whole bunch of my posts have already hinted at numerous reasons, but okay here goes...

seriously.. just don't vape where u aren't supposed to smoke at.
Accepting unjust laws is just wrong.
America was founded in part, if not almost entirely, on doing exactly the opposite.

But going further, accepting unjust no-smoking bans and then allowing them to be applied to vaping is just exponentially wrong.

That's the extremely abbreviated version of my Masters thesis on this subject.
I don't think I need to go into more detail, because it seems so blatantly obvious to me.

Apparently you're not much of a fan of civil disobedience either.
That's the part that freaks me out.
more so than you sir. I follow laws and don't vape in areas I am not supposed to.
OMG, do you not even know what civil disobedience is?!

Our educational system at work!

ETA: Oops, sorry Caridwen. I was posting at the same time you were. I'll shut up now.
