This is why BT was so smart in giving the FDA an outline of recommendations for regulations. The we won't accept any regulation approach will simply resort in more stringent regulations...

bt is playing both sides of the fence.
either way they win.one way they will make
more money than the other.

Actually... If you go by number of incidents, vaping is orders of magnitude safer than tap water... Tainted Tap Water Sickens 1.1 Million Each Year

BT's regulatory outline doesn't include non-tobacco/menthol flavors, or open container systems. Good luck with your e-liquid line under those conditions.

That was BT's recommendations, which many seem to believe are the actual FDA proposals... What did BV submit?

Does anyone else find it interesting that the OP joined ECF last Friday, posted twice, here, and immediately "moved on"?

The ECF "Moved On" the OP.

I've seen New Members come to the ECF and want to Talk about Drugs or want to Curse or Complain about Moderation.

Hard to say what the OP Did or Said to warrant it.

Vaping has its hazards. I watched the third workshop put on by the FDA on june 1st and 2nd. The primary concern is residue of nicotine, PG and aldehydes and how it could affect others in the household such as small children. Though the carcinogens are found to be 10 times less smoking.

How many Small or Medium sized business owners do you see in the cigarette manufacturing market? That is where the proposed regulations are heading. Currently there are some Medium sized businesses in the cigar/small cigar manufacturing market, that's why they've been included in the deeming regs, it's currently not regulated "enough."

I'm not running a business, my livelihood does not depend on how the regulations pan out. I am merely concerned for my fellow/future vapers. If someone in the industry isn't worried, I wish them the best of luck.

I would take what you heard at those FDA "Workshops" with a grain of Salt.

Because they Weren't designed to give a Fair and Unbiased presentation of e-Cigarette use. More to Bolster the FDA's justifications on coming Regulations.

Not to say that All the Information given was Skewed. But I would do some more Reading on topics you are interested in before you form a Conclusion on anything.

The fact of it is that you could leave comments and still can until july on the FDA website. There were scientists form both sides of table showing there study results and there conclusions. The public had a chance to have there voice heard.
Only one CASSAA member showed up. There were only 500 posts in response to that workshop.
