my friend is curious why as am i. so if you know exactly why they're trying to ban them reply to this thread please lol

FDA is an AGENCY with regulation powers given by the president of these United States with people hired by the president to regulate his or her agenda for the period of time till next president put another person in charge to promote they agenda which he/she get from lobbyist, campaign pledges, voter blocks, private intrest groups who contribute to his/her campaign fund which they get to keep whats left when retired another form of graft, a form of political corruption, is the unscrupulous use of a politician's authority for personal gain.
If the President did not want to promote it it would not be a topic today.

Money. Plain and simple. BP makes less money because we don't buy "traditional" stop smoking therapies. BP makes less money when less people get sick and or die from cancer, high BP, asthma, COPD, etc. Big tobacco loses money from less people purchasing tobacco products. vaping is not regulated, therefore, does not have increased taxation attached to it. Revenue is lost to special interest groups as well. They want to regulate us under the premise of "safety" and "nicotine regulation" but it is really about them wanting more money from us.

I'll stop everything before I deal with e-cig products controlled and taxed by whoever. The though of my money somehow finding its way back to big tobacco pisses me off. Already starting to stockpile nonperishable items (a few batteries, tanks, wicks, and when push comes to shove, I'll order my juices at the very end).

There are a couple of reasons, but the main reason is that Big Pharma wants them to.
I know that sounds like some sort of conspiracy theory, but it is all too real.

I just cant believe this if this were true this would mean politicians are puppets to private interest. If this were true all sorts of bad things would happen this means they could not only ban ecigs they could legislate unfair trade agreements and out source our jobs! They could fix interest rates for a time and let banks create a falls economy witch would fail and have devastating effects on all of us! They could then barrow large sums from China and give the money to the banks to squander and be even more irresponsible.
I see no evidence that we have such obvious corruption. If it were true people would not just sit idly buy and let it happen surely they would be out raged and take action and force reform on such a corrupt system.

Everyone should subscribe to the legislation and news forums to keep up on things regarding regulation, etc. All the top people in our industry are posting and/or represented there. Become informed and join CASAA (even donate, if you can :) ).

The more of us that are informed, the better we can represent our cause to those that need to be educated and persuaded!

It's kind of like a weedy garden the weeds take over. I've if you do not control them. It is a huge chore to remove them but it still has to be done it you want fresh maders.
Sign petitions wright letters stay informed.
Join activist groups that are of like minded thinking. I think we will whin this fight because people get involved. But please don't stop here. This sort of insanity is going on in so many aspects of our lives these days. Get involved and at least try to make a difference.
I'm part of a group that's trying to force a new amendment. It's looking like it will happen in 16 you can effect change. But it takes action

As time goes by and it gets a little harder for you to get your supplies. You have ask yourself even though the FDA has not said anything are they haveing effect already with e-cigs.

I have seen wizardlabs close they website for orders so more product could be made, demand damand demand.
I place my order week ago not even ship yet. Not like them.
