That's legit. Taste is an individual thing. I love the concept of the Reo and I hate the appearance. Although the wood version looks pretty nice.

I think this looks great.

Sent from my intestines using my linear gas accelerator.

Your set up doesn't look bad at all, the K 100 def looks better in silver(I don't like colored mods), and you paired the right sized dripper with it ... I agree about the Reo too, said the same thing recently ... if only it wasn't a box mod :)

Mine is actually brown, almost like tarnished silver. It's hard to see in a picture.

The K100 is a rock solid device. Very well made. If your hands can handle the high pressure button you will love this thing. For me though it was too much for my arthritis so my K100 is now in my vapocalypse box. Not because there is anything wrong with the device. Just this device and my hands are not a good pairing for more than 5 minutes at a time.

The Kamry came out before the big wave of good clones came out (nemmy, vela, etc..) so it was a first mechanical for alot of people...I think thats why it is recommended so much.. But simply put, its old school.

Its good if you have an 18mm atty to match...but damn is it ever ugly and theres a lot of reports of crookedness with the telescoping part...and its too tall..

In what way is it "old school"? It does everything you could ask of a mech. It even has a reverse locking ring which a lot of the new mechs do not.

Well, it is a clone of the Empire mod. That might be old school, but it doesn't really matter to me. I also have a Nemesis clone. I can't tell the difference in voltage drop between them. Both with fully charged and fairly new VTC4 batteries and a 0.5 ohm load meter at 3.85V with my cheap DMM. AFAIK this is about par for the course for the better mech mods out there. The K100 is more dependable than the Nemesis and the threads are bigger and more robust but I do prefer the look of the Nemy.

Here's a picture of them side by side, with 18650 batts in them both, a Trident on the K100 and AGA-T on the Nemy. The K100 is about 1/4 inch longer than the Nemy. I really quite like the Trident on the K100 even with a 1mm diameter difference probably because both of them are tapered.

Works for me, but as always, YMMV :)

My K100s.

From the left:
K2 (essentially a stainless steel K100)
18350 K100
18650 K100
18650+Kick K100 (with the addition of a chi you kick tube from FT)

Wow, the K100 with a 350 is small!

I've never seen the K2 before. They say it has a fixed 510 pin. Is it really fixed or does it float like the K100?

Yes, the K2 has a fixed 510 pin but it is somewhat flexible. It works with all my kayfun style clones and drippers. The only thing that I found will not work is the protank, which needs an airflow controller to make the connection.
