Why so many Reos people?

How long was it before you bought your second Reo?

I have them because I like them. Many different reasons. It started to have a back-up REO for my Grand. Then because I wanted to see what the fuss about the Woodvil was all about.

I made a decision that I wanted to start a collection. I knew I would have funds available and earmarked some money so I could purchase different REO's as they were offered in the classys and on sale on site.

Specific REO's were sought as well as others that are unusual. With the wood ones I went for different types of wood and styles.

I use almost all of them on rotation. It is nice to know I can pull any of them off the shelf and enjoy the REO quality and performance I want.

My second, the Purpleheart/Bocote Woodvil, was purchased almost a month after my first REO.

I have a lot...but that's because I like having lots of the things that I like and I like to share with friends and family whom I try to convince that vaping is better than smoking. However....since I got my VV Woodvil, it is the only one I am currently using
I did see this coming

For Me the REOs are accessories to the juice of the moment and where/how they get use. I have a Cocobolo Woodvil 18490 that will eventually be my morning coffee vape unit. A eventual VV Cocobolo Woodvil will be my after-dinner "cocktail-oriented" vape. A Grand always go with me when out of the House. I know it will take whatever kinda abuse I put it though and can get me through a whole day out. A mini is my stealth mod for a movie, play, formal dinner, etc. I then have a spare grand cause my lifestyle has resulted in the Grand making a trip back to Rob for repair not to mentioned my mini twice. I also keep all the user-repairable parts at the ready. I can see myself changing to newer REO models as Robs dreams up new and improved technology but my collection is still a matter of accessorizing for the location and activity. 25 years of marriage is having its effects. Brew

I also purchased a sack of parts for my mini. Just in case.

After getting it and seeing how well designed and built it is.....more must be ordered. Just because.

I don't really drink, but when I do it's usually PGA mixed with freshly made fruit juice. There's always a big bottle of it handy and it's often the only alcohol in the house.

For the most part my "collections" have always been made up of usable items, like pottery, shoes, books (DH contributed to collection more excessively than I). REOs are the same. We have a substantial collection AND every single REO gets used, at certain times, sometimes chosen for a reason, and admired while in use. When they are not in use they are in a display cabinet. At certain times they are not "on display." For most of 2011 we were living with EXTREME Fire Risk. REOs were kept in a fire/water proof safe. They are all currently on wire shelves, in the weather Safe Room but I get to see them every time I get batteries out or put them in battery boxes, after charging, as batteries, along with a lot of other vaping supplies, are being kept there, too. A side collection is DTs.

Although my Mother, sisters, nieces, have been life long collectors of fine jewelry, I was the exception. I don't collect or wear. Our REOs wear fine jewelry in the form of beautiful, yet functional, DTs.

I only own 2 at the moment but am planing on collecting more. Why????? They are so durable and versatile. My Grand is my go to daily vape with my main juice. She keeps me happy and forever cig free. My Mini keeps my switch up juice for later in the day when my taste buds start going soft on me.

I do need a few more though........Non smoker DH has taken to stealing my mini in the evenings (I keep 0 nic, coffee, vanilla, carmel mix, in this one) and of course I need a VV Grand, a stableized Burl Woodville (DH says their so beautiful, that he agrees I NEED ONE :)) a new Mini so we stop fighting, and a second back up Grand because Squonkers needs a break once and a while........

I have three but only use two regularly--it's all I can manage to maintain atty wise and two flavors at a time is more than enough for me. The third is in storage as a backup to my backup in case of loss or breakage. When I am lucky enough to acquire a VV Grand, I will probably let one go.

I sample PGA every once in a while when I clean my attys. I swish it like a mouth wash to clean my teeth. Potent stuff.
