Why would you buy and why would they sell this?

I have a Terminator from Stormy's. It is a direct clone of an Ody. I have Ody upgrade and tank parts that fit it. For $70 it was a bargin.

The atty Hoosier's is selling isn't this. It is a clone of the clone and didn't go into production for a month after the Terminator/nautilus clones came out.

Here is a gallery of all the parts laid out side by side on Facebook showing the differences-

It's in German and you have to be logged into Facebook to see it.

now thats a stretch, considering they both buy from the same place in china

Who makes the Nautilus/Terminator? I haven't been able to find the actual maker of those attys. The box just says made in China and has a photo of the atty on it.

Tobeco has just started making the clone Hoosier's is selling and that there are numerous co-ops for.

There is no way these are being made by the same company.

well if somebody says they know a certain company does not make it,,then usually they do know who does make it

and i know where they get from also,,it blew me away when i found out too,i won't say because nobody would believe me,hell i barely believe it myself

but back to the original subject,,,the cody\nautilus are clones of the ody v1 and many parts are interchangeable.

actually if you read almost EVERY vendors warranty info, most of them do not offer returns exchanges etc on clearo's, carto's and tanks. However i have had a few go bad within 24 hours and contacted the vendor asking about the product, and without any prompting from me they offer an exchange.

All up in your grill..
The reason most vendors don't warranty disposable items is thanks to the shocking number of scammers who will smoke it up and then send it back to you demanding a new one. They will curse you. They will lie. They will talk bad about you to anyone who will listen. All over a $3 piece that nothing was really wrong with. You would be shocked if I described some of the behavior I have personally witnessed from customers. Most people probably have no idea how prolific this sort of behavior is. Nor will there be a "Let's talk customer ethics." thread popping up any time soon. I deal with at least half a dozen companies and they all tell me the same thing. You can't guarantee disposable items or you will lose money. Manufacturers don't warranty those items for the same reason.

Also the next time you decide you don't like a liquid and think about returning it? Question what that vendor who takes it back will do with it. Because if they will accept liquid back from a customer and sell it to someone else they shouldn't be in business.

Ever tried to return a pack of stale analogs to 7-11?
