My latest A7 Bamboo vaping maching...4th day of trials and so far flawless (don't mind the looks, not finished yet)



The Zmax powering it is a rev 2 and it's connector is still fully functional, the 2nd Zmax tube is from the rev 1 brain I stole and put in my Altoids box, I drilled out the connector and sunk the A7 right up to the bevel (there's just enough gap for good air flow, A7 sits on an o ring and has been drilled for side air), below it is a 6ml bf bottle...tubes are epoxied together with JB Weld

I posted it here because this mod is dedicated to bamboo, plus I don't like the modders thread, they're mean over there

The A7 will make a decent CE-2 era. A lot easier than modding the pheenie was. if you like that kind of thing. :>)

right out of the package the performance is meh but if you drill for side-air they keep pace with an ERA with the added benefit of a juice well.

both are great to set-up with a preformed 30 or 28 coil then slip some Lydia's in...I get about a week out of a build that takes 5 mins to do and the vape off them is about as good as it gets...

I found bamboo in white and natural. Is natural actually the natural color or a dye? Also, I found cotton in white and ecru. Is ecru the natural color?

The A-7 has a center hole for bottom air feed. All you have to do is drill out that hole big enough to accommodate a CE-2 post. Then cut the post height so the CE-2 cup sits on top of the connection screws. Easy peasy. :>)

LOL - for you yes it must be easy - you a veteran - me - hardly 6 months into vaping and maybe 2 into modding - if you can call laying a BB wick on top of a ce2 coil modding. Have built a couple of coils - so yeah I am handy - is there a video out there on this mod? I am trying to picture this in my mind and just cant get it.........the juice will be in the A 7 tank? All I use from the CE2 is the post and the cup? - I know this aint the right place to be posting this - wrong thread - sorry guys.....

Bunny Balls have yet again proven far superior than silica - to me at least. CE3 - vaping like a champ - great flavor, TH and VP....nearly busted my battery taking the tube off - but I am in CE Heaven - no leaks - WHOA - you guys and gals are the best........and I read every post on this thread...........thank you...........

"White" is perhaps bleached. "Natural" may well be a color other than native. These are but a couple of the mysteries to be found in vaping. : )

Wow! I never thought of that. Why would they dye the bamboo a boring tan anyway and the natural color of bamboo is tan. I always figured white was natural. Hmmm.

If the package has a "Dye Lot" number listed on it, it is dyed. They put that on so they people who use it to make stuff out of it can get all the yarn from the same dye lot, so there are no variations from skein to skein.

The hippies who use undyed yarn don't care if their handmade clothing looks like crap.
