How small of dimensions can one be made using a single 18500 battery, a ptn04050C booster chip(no potentiometer, just the default 5v output), and a 3mL bottle, and of course a switch? Im looking to have one as small as possible.

Rondasherrill, I haven't used that chipset.
But the same effect can be reached with NIMh 4.8v.
The internal chamber could be as narrow as 30mm, so the mod could be
quite slim. And no chip to fail, very little wiring.

Family reunion
I only have this baby for an hour or so, and can't tell you how happy I am about it Alek. You did an amazing job there! This mod is VERY VERY light, lighter than the Reo WV (by far), and it hits like a champ! Still didn't mess around with the DNA12, just turned it all the way to the left as I don't have HV atomizers with me now, but boy...this is just....great!

Goregous grain on it aideron, congrats on your mod. I felt the same way about the weight when i received mine.
Small update about the DNA12. I was worrying for nothing, too used to the VV with the Provari and Mark 8. Thanks God that VW adapts itself to the atty, cause full turn on the left was actually full power 
On that 1.5LR Cisco, it gives me 3.7/3.8 V loaded, and the atty doesn't complain
That's why I always thought that the VW was better than the VV, set it there, change atty, put whatever you want there, I will still have the Sweet spot I like!
Ok, one last for today, promised (I just like it with this drip tip better)

aidreon, you have to take a lot of credit for this project as you were able to
acquire a magnificent pice of wood. I merely sanded it. It will require a weekly
massage with finishing wax, though only takes a few minutes.

Finally found some "Cire d'antiquaire", very popular in here. Read the label a bit, it's made from a mix of beeswax and Carnuba... I'll try that on the bottom tonight. Takes 2 to 4 hours to dry, no way I can wait for 4 hours without using it right now...I take it out to the lake for a walk
Sounds like fun. Probably better take a tasty local beverage with you....don't want you to get thirsty. hehehe
