Good morning folks,
I will be posting some pics, middle of the week, and reposting some pics of a 18650 plus Kick bottom feeder.
Will make a few mods with the dna 12 chip from Evolve. These have variable wattage instead of variable voltage.
I have been using the Zebrawood one for a couple of days now with no issues noted.

I have been holding this one for almost 2 weeks now.
This is a Claro Walnut bottom feeder made to use a 18650 and the Kick module.
It has a simple brass dripcup, Digikey switch, heavy duty spring, spare bottle.
Finished with Tung oil and several coats of Minwax paste finishing wax, so is very easy to keep looking good.
This has a 1mm nick in the bottom of the door channel, really doesn't show the pics.
Won't affect function of unit.

Very slim Claro Walnut Kicked 18650, So this one will run the 18650 battery or the 18500 with Kick module.
$75 shipped to US.
A 18650 PurpleHeart, with magnets top and bottom of door, can be built to accept Kick module. A couple more coats of tung oil, will then complete build. $70 shipped to US.
A fun one. A 18650 Bocote and Maple. Same as above with Magnets top and bottom. Will be built with the normal Digikey switch, heavy duty spring, yada, yada. $70 shipped to US. Always ship priority mail with tracking.

Left to right are Birdseye Maple, Zebrawood, and Bloodwood, all have 2 magnet doors, all will be 18650 size and can be Kicked to order. Will of course have Digikey switches, heavy duty springs.
Going to hit with some more coats of tung oil, then complete.
Oh, just a note. Bloodwood becomes more of a blood color as it ages. And Purpleheart will get more purple.

I haven't kept a purpleheart for myself yet...But I am keeping the VW Zebrawood as the atty connector is a degree or so off plumb!!
