Oh I'm thinking of really bad bad things right now to joke about but I'll keep my mouth shut

I did a quick Google of your question and nicotine already does that (or may). So analogs or vapor, either way, nicotine isn't to friendly to the little guys but I'm not a doctor...only a googler. You could switch to no nicotine liquid.

The only way to know for sure is to give it a try and see how your kid turns out. 
May I add that we veteran old farts on this forum were cigarette smokers when we married, conceived our offspring, reared the little suckers to adulthood, etc. They turned out fine. I am fine.
Two tails or one makes no difference to me as long as the union with that lonely egg results in a quality child. Mine did. Not to worry too much about vaping and sperm. Worry will produce sperm with three tails.
