can e-cigs effect sperm quality? (trying to concieve and have low count as it is!)

I have a low count so I quit nicotine and started a bunch of supplements that are supposed to up your count.

I'm thinking of using my zero nic e-cig but does anyone know if that may have an effect on sperm? Thanks so much....and my future child thanks you!
