I really liked the show (at first) but I stopped watching after the 2nd season, because it seemed like the writers had gotten "lost" as well, and were just making it up as they went along... but I did watch the Final episode... just for laughs!!
I still can't believe it dragged on for as long as it did...
I enjoyed the full run. Still just about the only show I watched live every week, as opposed to the DVR.
This is either total guessing, in which case spending serious time working it out is not worthwhile, or there is a reason Dino would pick a favorite character. All I have to do is divine from what I know of Dino: is he the sort of man who would put the poison into his own goblet or his enemy's?

So, what would Dino value in a character? Looks, or character?
The Billet Box is exceptionally beautiful, so he clearly values design, attractiveness and beauty, so I can clearly not choose an unattractive character whose sole function is to carry the story or advance the plot.
But the Billet Box is also functional, which means Dino must have studied, and in studying learned that function trumps form, so he would have chosen a favorite character as far from beautiful as possible, so I can clearly not choose an attractive character who only serves to reel in the strongly contested 18-49 male demographic.
He also said to, "Google it and pick one", so there's no point in trying to trick him into giving away something. It won't work.
But... IT HAS WORKED! HE'S GIVEN AWAY EVERYTHING! I KNOW WHO THE FAVORITE CHARACTER IS!
And I choose ... WHAT IN THE WORLD COULD THAT BE?

So did I but I watched the full run on netflix. I fact I have watched it twice.........so far. It had its slow times but I like it so much I will invest the time in watching it again.
Maybe that lizard that was sitting on a rock one time? I think his name was Rupert.

The end should have been supernatural instead of stupid acceptance, they really missed the mark with the way it was done........in a way it reminds you of the one NextGen episode where the crew kept disappearing from Crusher's world, it was an easy way out IMHO........
And Mr. Eko was awesome and written out because he got a DUI, wth........
