Brass Knuckles are Illegal in Canada, I would never consider that mod, if ya need a weapon to fight you're not a real man

along with many other countries and illegal in most states here in US in any form including in some states devices that look like brass knuckles, so that mod is not a good idea on so many different levels.

French onion soup boss, if I don't do that to the onions, the entire dish seems bland. I slow cook the whole mess for 6 plus hours, strain the liquid, boil it adding thyme, red pepper and a clove, sometimes I'll toss in a green granny apple if I have one. Then add them all back and serve with garlic croutons loaded with butter straight out of the oven, YUM

Try adding a teaspoon of capers in your first cooking before you strain it. Adds a nice elusive note
