I think if the fda's purpose is to protect public health through tobacco regulation, they have really missed the boat. So much so that I would argue they didn't just miss the boat, but are intentionally acting counter to their states goals. Why? I guess that's debatable. I have my beliefs. I think by being contentious to the ends market instead of working with it, they are doing great harm to public health and missing an opportunity like has never been seen before to reduce the damage done by tobacco. The fact is, everyone knows and has always known government regulation was eminent. Sensible regulations would have been embraced, and the populace would've have embraced harm reduction in this fashion as well. As it stands, most of the populace will follow the fda lead, and the great opportunity is missed. There may be a chance to revive this chance later down the road. Then again, there may not be. Uncle Sam blew it. Anyone surprised? Hopefully the industry is strong enough to fight back and/or survive this. Either way, I will survive it. Please sign, email, call, and support vendors who fight. If this holds up, it may be decades before the government reverses its stance. Many sick and dead that didn't have to be by then.

Response to point 2. Really, the U.S. continues to cling to the Puritan values brought to its shores more than 300 years ago? What a bunch of crap, countboredom. Please explain to the audience, what group brought on Prohibition? And then explain to the audience the group that brought the "war on drugs." And then explain to the audience what group brought on political correctness, and the origins of political correctness. Puritan values, really? What you are really attacking are Christians. Actually, IMO - "Count" is right on target with bring up the "Puritans" (Who would have beseech you not to call them "Christians") in relationship to what is happening concerning Vaping today. FYI: Puritans - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia:

I agree. count b's post was inappropriate for this thread. Still, you can't answer those questions. I'll keep it simple for ya: it's the same answer for each question that I asked. It's one word, Uncle. You can pm me with the answer. I still say you can't answer it because you don't know or understand history. It answers why the government is doing what it's doing in regards to Deeming and it's not because of Christians.

I'm sorry that you feel that way. I was trying to respond meaningfully to the questions posed for this contest. No attack (veiled or otherwise) was ever intended. Please accept my apology if you found my observations, in any way, threatening to your personal beliefs. We can all be civil here--after all, we are all in the same boat with regard to the threat of regulations.

That just one of the reasons why I used that specific "description . . . AND - To be honest, just looking at the "Wismec-Reuleaux-RX200" Ya' can see that it has a full amount of promise with all that "Muscle" & "SIZE" behind it to prove that it will last the whole day long . . .
