Share your opinions on the upcoming FDA regulation on e-cigarette or tobacco product directive(known as TPD)
The FDA regulation as currently written is nothing short of criminal. I'm hoping that the recent challenges in court will expose the extreme government abuse of power and illegalities within this regulation and the FDA are stopped. I worry for all the smokers that may never discover vaping if this far over-reaching, illegal regulation is allowed to stand.

As usual the govt. is trying to overstep their bounds. Regs are needed but maybe just maybe if they had set down with some avid vapers, people that have the knowledge to educate them a little. And more important have an open mind at that sit down. It won't do any good to sit there with their minds already made up. Lastly they need to stop being led my MONEY. Because that is at the root of this whole thing. the govt losing tons of money cause we all stopped paying cig taxes.
