If it was an anomaly, I had two at the same time time. 17track tracked my sourcemore package to Grand Prairie, Tx and USPS failed to track it from there. The same thing is happening with a second sourcemore package that I have yet to receive. 17track has it in Grand Prairie and nothing on USPS. I wouldn't be surprised if I get it tomorrow.

Looks like this kit only available everywhere as a Pre Order, meaning it won't be available until they get it in stock. FT is not giving a time frame for in stock, a few other sites were and the earliest ETA date I saw was estimated at May 20th. If you can wait that long there are U.S.sites offering it at a lower price. Shipping may be more but you will get it sooner, with FT it could (probably would) take months in shipping time.
what squonk mod are you looking to buy? by the sound if it, sounds like you are looking at a mech mod....if you are new to vaping, please don't....there's a lot that you really need to know for a mech
what batteries will you be using, what wire type you will be using and what ohms so you do not over tax the battery and accidently cause it to vent.
There are plenty of decent regulated squonk mods out there, topside being one of them that is vv/vw/temp
Besides clapton wire, ect I agree about simple 24 ga round wire as a backup plan. Very easy to wind coils with that. You can get that from Temco

But the problem lies if that particular US site is using X delivery service. So far I have seen complaints about them. if buying from a US site, best to make sure they are shipping via USPS and not X, especially if it's a gift.

What about you go for one of these? It's regulated and it'll give him time to work any coil issues out. It has bypass (BP) mode which effectively turns it into a mechanical box like your first choice....if it was me this is what I'd go for.....

Totally agree with the above post. If he is used to a nord jumping straight to a mech is probably not a good idea. Get the regulated mod. If he really wants a squonk the "topside" is probably the most used one out there. At least there will be saftty features

So he got the vandy vape and talox RDA,
On a normal vape he smokes the coil that is 0.2 ohms which he sets it at 60 watts.
How would he get that on the RDA, also do you guys have any kind of recommendations on where to buy the "coils" or the wire and the tools to make his own.
