FYI Dan, you shouldn't need to run both the positive and negative wires through the VapeSafe. I would just run the negative straight from the 510 connector to the keyring -- that's how ePipeMods does it, and really, you only need a fuse at one point in the circuit (in other words, it only needs to break at one point) to be effective. If you think about it, when you put a VapeSafe in a tube mod, it only goes on one end of the battery, and therefore only occupies one point in the circuit.
See, I wasn't really sure. I thought I was doing it correctly, but I wasn't lol. I was wanting to do something like ePipeMods, but I never got a good look at how they made their connections. You're saying that I could solder my positive wire to the fuse and then run my ground wire from my atty to the keyring?
