I can't believe it. I received a WAE II with button rattle so I paid the postage and sent it back. Over one month later I recieve it back and it's exactly the same as before. No one else has this issue and i've given the opportunity to fix it and they've done nothing but waste my time. This is really unacceptable. When you pay for a premium product you should get a premium product with no issues and premium service if there are any problems. Initially I was fobbed off saying 'rattle is subjective' and now they just sent it back the same as it was before and ignored the issue.
We treat our clients with the best services and try to solve any problem as quickly as possible.
Regarding your "issue" ,after seeing the footage that you sent I said it seems to be a problem with noise ,when it arrived I realized that filming was made with high quality sound and therefore I said it seems to be a problem with the sound buttons. To be sure there are no other issues we changed the whole interior (including DNA) and we sent it back to you (adding a bonus in parcel to cover your shipping cost, although the cost of transportation is the responsibility of the sender).
As I Told depends on each person how percept the button rattle ,and you are the first person who say that this is a problem.
