I use imgur to post images here all the time. Works great. Take the pic on my android phone, upload (share) to imgur app, then it gives me the URL with the {img} tags already in place for copy and paste.... Easy.

I use imgur. Ever since the forum change up, I can't copy and paste links with my phone anymore. Once I paste the link, it shows up as "this html class is (half the link.)"

The titanium WEII I got from sedge should be home by now. I'm out of town for work right now. As soon as I get home, I'm going to put a dna 40 with a small screen inside. I'm also going to take so many more pics with a better camera showing step by step detailed instructions.

I was going to do that with my WAEII but my impulse wanted me to do the large screen. It was so difficult that I didn't even bother with instructions. I had to cut the chip mount little by little to get it just right. The small screen is so easy that anyone can do it.

I can't wait for you to upload this! It will be very helpful to me!

I've been contemplating upgrading my wae2 to dna40 small screen.

I'm kind of in the mind set of, if I don't upgrade it, I need to sell it. :(

I liked the large screen but if the text gets cut off that distracts from the beauty of a mark bugs device. After all it is all about perfection.

Congrats on buying sedge's device. That was a deal!

It doesn't distract the beauty of the mod at all. I just don't see the w. The "locked click 5x" or "evolv dna40" isn't cut out. The only texts that are cut out are the atty lock and change temp. The temp selection is also cut out but tilting the device allows me to see it. 98% of the time, it looks natural. I like the look of the large screen much more actually but it was very time consuming and meticulous to fit inside.

Oh dude, your the man... No doubt. I flipped out when I saw your post on the wae2 large screen dna40. I just got a few small screen and large screen dna40 boards. The small screens are easy to retrofit in other devices, since they are basically 1:1 fit in most mods (mark bugs excluded), and I have been using and enjoying my clone flask with retrofit dna40 exclusively for the past month or so. I want the gem tank, but honestly I have been trying to commit to temp control even though I'm not as impressed with it as others have been. But if I'm going to try it especially after getting the chips, etc... I have to try it for more than a week and give up. LOL. I have to give it the learning curve and time it deserves before completely adopting it or abandoning it.

The large screen chips I have are still sitting in the packaging because I have no mods that will accommodate them. So seeing your wae2 large screen was inspiring to say the least.

But the bottom line is I don't want to drop $175'ish on the gem to go back to dna30 in the wae2. So if I don't upgrade my wae2 I'll most likely end up selling it.... That's one of the reasons I didn't buy sedge Ti wizard. (money being the other reason)

Can't wait to see it. I am hoping that is what Mark does with the next generation of Wizards - DNA 40 in 500 size and ti. I am loving my WAE II but always love a smaller/lighter mod.

I honestly doubt that he'll make it in a 500 size as he is hesitant to make it in that size for the dna 30 that requires 12 amps. If I was him, I would wait for the new evolv board to be released and then also wait for the bugs to be worked out.

Makes sense. The other longer term question is when does he figure out that to get big prices today it generally requires a box mod.
I have no doubt that he'll keep doing the tube mods. This is the shortest dna 30 tube mod with an 18650. The gem with the hybrid connection will shorten the length as well. You'll get rid of the top cap height and the gem is such a short atty itself.

It was said somewhere the 18650 is required for dna30 and above because of the amp required, anything smaller than 18650 just aren't made (yet?) to deliver the required power to drive 30w or 40w etc... So I'm pretty confident saying you will not see a 18500 dna40 device, ever... From Mark Bugs anyway.
