Wizard labs delay

I put in an order early Saturday after hearing many good things about them on this forum. All other online companies I have delt with have been great, getting a tracking number either the same day or the day after I order. So when I didn't find a tracking number today (3 days later), I decided to give them a call.

The person I spoke with told me they were running 4 days behind!! Today they were working on the 16th's orders and hoped to move into the 17th's orders. This means my order may not even be shipped out until thursday. Very, very frustrating.

This is my first purchase with this company so I wanted some feedback from others. Is this a common problem with WL? Is it really worth saving a few dollars to wait much, much longer than normal? I also noticed that about 6 of my flavors were out of stock and I had to remove them before ordering. Not fun....

What has been your experience with WL?

Their front page has a message across the front stating this. When I ordered, said it only affected orders including nic base.

What has been your experience with WL?

They moved in late Jan/ early Feb... BECAUSE THEY WERE SO POPULAR, they got huge.

They had to hire mostly all new staff and the owner had to train almost every one of them. So orders WILL be correct but the shipping speed is not back up to speed yet. Owner has to doublecheck everything.

When you receive your order it will be exactly correct and very well packed. You will be glad you placed your order there, trust me.

Wizard labs is a great company and the owner, John, is commited to providing the best service possible.
There's been growing pains, moving to a new larger location and as mentioned, new staff training going on.

Please cut them some slack; it won't be long before they're up to speed once again.

I've been a loyal buyer for some time now and hundreds on this site are too.

Thanks for the input. If I am getting quality product with quality packaging at a good price, I guess I can buckle down and TRY to be patient

I have about a quart of premixed and some I mixed already.
I bummed out when I saw the banner stating the 4-5 day delay but oh well.
I'm just hoarding for the zombie vapocalypse anyway....or anti-humanity/pro-corporation legislation ...YKWIM

I did my homework here on ecf and I'm confident it was the right choice to hit make payment @ WL

I second the above praise for Wizard Labs. The packaging is always top-notch and the free sample always makes me smile.

I too am waiting on an order from WL. This will be my third order from them and there's a reason I keep going back. However, I placed my order on the 15th and it still shows "processing." I just sent an update request to make sure it wasn't overlooked. Fortunately I had enough base left from my last order to make another 80ml of juice so I'm good for a bit, but this order had some flavors I've been wanting for a while.

I've been doing a bunch of research and have found that WL has the best prices AND quality when it comes to TFA flavors and nic. I also read the bright red banner atop their page which states that they're 4-5 days behind... so I was expecting this. Im impatient... and I love vapemail... but I'll wait a few extra days for awesome value

I honestly have never seen anything packaged as well as thier stuff. Everything was wrapped in bubble wrap and vaccuum sealed. Then bubble wrapped again. If was worth waiting a week. The nic is clear and taste great.

I placed an order with them A couple weeks ago for 20 flavors or so. It took longer than I expected but when I received my order I was upgraded on bottle sizes pg/vg/nic and there were more than 40 flavors in my order. I think thats more than fair and I will be using their services again.

I received my order yesterday and first thing i said to a family member was "wow...they really cared when they put this order together!" (i really did LOL)
my order was placed on a sunday evening and i received it the following monday....a week isn't so bad

once upon a time...expected delivery on "mail order" was 6-8 weeks...and was significantly more costly...we are spoiled LOL

And just like that, it's all taken care of. In reply to my earlier request for an update, I was told that they ran out of VG and their shipment of more had been delayed. My order was for VG nic base (and a few more flavors.) I was also told that they had a new shipment coming in today and they would have my order processed and shipped as soon as possible. Just a bit later and I have a shipping notice. I is happy now.

I agree! I got my very first order this weekend. It shipped exactly 4 days after it was ordered. Sorry you missed the shipping notice OP. But like everything that's been stated...it was packed extremely well! No leaks! Everything looks great & all packed neatly! So easy to see Why they have grown so much! And with all of the stolen credit card info these days they get another kudos from me for accepting paypal! They'll definitely get my business for my next purchase! I think you will be very happy when yours arrives!

Well worth the initial wait. Just be prepared and order early the next time around then you won't mind the wait. Wizard still is the only place I really order from.

Getting those boxes in from Wizard labs always makes me go "SQUEEEE"! It may not be the near instant gratification sometimes, but worth the wait. I'm still waiting for my order to finish processing but I knew that it would be a while when I placed the order so I am not passing the floor...yet. I think I get so excited because there is so much to unwrap (yes I am that much of a little kid at heart) and everything just screams possibilities to me as I unwrap it.

^+1 I have only great things to say about WL which you have already heard before. They get pretty much all my diy orders now. Since I know of there huge burst in sales I allow for the shipping time by ordering in advance and don't bother my mailman with disgusted glare anymore.

John at Wizard Labs gives the best customer service you can find. Once you do get your order you will be very happy. This is one of those vendors who tries hard and succeeds.
