FYI, any unflavored nic base colors with time. If nicotine has taste or smell, how is one better than the other???
Not sure if you meant to say "If nicotine has *no* taste or smell . . ." . . but anyway - I don't know how but some nic bases are definitely better than others. I have been buying small bottles from a variety of vendors to compare the difference and there is quite a big difference between some of them. Mainly it is taste and throat hit . .some nics are nearly flavorless and some are quite peppery with much stonger throat hit. All of the nics I have bought are more than 99% pure so whatever is in that remaining <1% must be some powerfull stuff. My suspicion is that what remains are tobacco compounds . .and my other suspicion is that some of these nics are not really as pure as they claim. I believe the lab tests but I don't believe every batch is tested.
Out of the nics I've tried only WL and Xtreme vaping are really close to flavorless. So far I find them about equal - but WL costs far less. RTS is good nic. More pepper and throat hit than WL regular (I have some ICE but haven't mixed it yet) but I still like this nic. I have around 100ml and will probably use it mostly for my mint vapes where I want some extra throat hit . .but my fruit and bakery recipes still taste pretty good with RTS nic. I would recommend it as a substitute for WL over any others I've tried . .mainly because of price because, in my opinion, XTreme vaping nic is more flavorless than RTS . . but I don't feel it's worth the extra $$.
