Wizard Labs Just Got a New Returning Customer

I really didn't just need more Nic/flavorings..but wanted to stock up a bit on each. Been ordering from RTSVapes..and don't get me wrong, the Nic/flavors are great! Just wanted to try out Wizard Labs...so placed my order with them on the 1st...and I got it all yesterday, the 4th! Anyhow, not only did they have stuff wrapped up good, they had it wrapped SUPER good...I'm talking like 4 layers of stuff...and to my surprise, they threw in some freebies for me!! A couple of those Pipet thingies and a sample Flavor!! How great is that?? No offence to RSTV...but with my orders with them...they all cost a bit more than what I ordered from WL..and RTSV has NEVER gave me freebies!


I know this belongs on the Positive Feedback section..but wanted to post it here as well, since I have seen a good bit of posts asking about WL and then also people just wanting to know who is a good DIY Vendor.

Don't get me wrong...RSTV gets 2 thumbs up from me...but if I have 4 hands, WL would get 4 thumbs up!!

never dealt with wizard and Im sure they are great but they did not have nic base for the longest time recently. so in my book the vendor that has what I need when I need it gets my business. If i want Pipet thingies I will add them to cart as they are very cheap but I dont use them

Just wondering if you got a shipping notice or if they just shipped it without one. I ordered thursday morning, moved most of my order out of my TPA cart and into my WL cart since they're 2 hours from me, but ended up getting a ship notice from TPA the next day and it's already in transit.

Edit: also, what shipping service did they use?

Crap, I just read the notice on their site about a week long delay on nic orders. This sucks major considering Miami USPS logistics is crap and they send everything to Jacksonville just to turn it around and bring it south again. Lesson learned, new TPA customer from now on, I guess. :/

Which vendors ship their nic immediately?

I receive order confirmation, processing confirmation and shipping confirmation. Shipping is USPS First Class with option available for signature required. FedEx is offered, too IIRC.

Wizard labs has the most professional safety standard related to shipment and packaging that can be had in my opinion. Double sealed, bubble-wrapped, well labelled. Nic base is in black plastic for least light exposure. I feel confident they set the bar for requirements other vendors should follow regarding nicotine shipment. God knows I would be wrought with guilt if a USPS employee were harmed for a damaged package of nicotine that leaked. I sincerely believe nic should have a Hazmat warning on the shipping labels.

Lilmrsyeti, was it bubblegum flavor that you received? 2 of my last 3 orders from WL, I've received bubblegum flavoring free lol. Who vapes bubblegum??

I too receved bubblegum last 2 times,I just tried some for the first time and its not that bad.Before that they gave me banana cream and dragonfruit.

Got caught up in their move, but looked at pricing for what I wanted from other dealers and decided I could wait.

WL made a major Move/New employees to train/Inventory to build up/Back orders to catchup on and a HUGE load of fresh order from loyal customers to fulfill. Not to mention all the new people, like me, wanting to give them a try.

WL has kicked it into high gear, while refusing to sacrifice on their Standards and for me that is the kind of company I want to do business with.
Everything I have ordered in the last few weeks has shipped within a few days including Nic. Already placed 3 orders.

I'm itching extra bad for mail right now, because I dropped down to 12mg and it isn't cutting it. I made an order from my normal juice vendor for a one month supply, contacted them immediately and asked them to send some 18mg, but they forgot and sent all 12. Now I'm itching for the nic base so I'm not stuck with all this 12. *twitch twitch*

Yes, they shipped me the bubblegum. LOL..I'll give it a try. My daughter saw the bubblegum...and bless her heart..she got a Lip Bumper on her bottom teeth (kind of sort of like Braces) back in Sept and she is NOT allowed to eat gum...and she was a HUGE bubble gum chewer before she got that...she was so mad that they sent me bubble gum! LOL

Anyhow...Normally when I get Nic in..since I already have so much, I don't open the bottle up, but wanted to on this to see if it was clear...it was!

They really did go above and beyond on their wrapping of everything. And yes, I know those little Pipet things are cheap, and doubt I'll use them much..that's not the point, in my book though! They, again, went above and beyond customer satisfaction. They saw that I ordered Nic, flavoring and bottles, but no syringes or Pipets...so they threw two in there...yea, so what..it was just a couple bucks worth of stuff...but in my book, it was like they threw in candy! LOL Seriously though... do you stop shopping at your Fav grocery store or Walmart when they don't have something in stock when you need/want it? I know I don't...I just go back later. But, that's just me!

I like WL as well for all the reasons mentioned. They did have a order delay notice and were spot on with the time frame. That tells me that at least they are aware of their schedule and not stating these things as a blow-off. The most important thing is that they are very consistent and I don't get the feeling that my order was rushed at the cost of quality. I buy my nic base 250ml at a clip and reorder when I am at about a 3rd of a bottle. I've never even come close to running out, regardless of their schedule.

I like the surprise freebies. I got key lime the last time and found it to be a good accent flavor for some other mixes. I also like the fact that they are a one-stop DIY.

I will add my mega kudos to WL. I live out of the country and placed an order to be sent to a friend to bring down to Costa Rica for me. The time-frame was a bit rushed as far as getting my order to him before he was coming down. They pulled my order and processed it it immediately so it would arrive in time. Packaging was over the top good, and a good thing too. My 500 ml bottle of VG popped open during the flight to CR, due to decompression. I was able to recover almost all of it from the double heat sealed packaging. They also provided a product sheet for the nic (100mg) so that the customs people knew exactly what they were dealing with. I can't say enough good things about their service. I won't even consider looking elsewhere for my DIY supplies.


Oh yeah, freebies. Just awesome.

LOL! I must be blind...I even went as far as adding Nic to my cart and went all the way through checkout, up to the point of confirming my order...and still didn't see it. Are you ordering a huge amount or something? That really stinks!

I wouldn't have known if I hadn't gone to check who they ship with. I don't think it was mentioned at checkout since I was offered free shipping. Noob pains I guess, I usually don't care about shipping times. For now, I'm vaping some old nasty 24mg liquid to take the edge off.

Could be an old notice not cleared out. They publish all current processing/delay info on the MAIN PAGE. Normally highlighted in Yellow.

You can contact them by phone on Monday during business hours to verify when your order will ship. Phone number is listed on website. If you need your order faster than they can give it to you I am sure they will cancel it no problem even though its only been technically one business day since you ordered. This vendor does more nic customizations than I think anybody and I am sure that takes longer. They are very popular and very busy all the time.

One single drop of that bubble gum flavor in a glass of carbonated water would probably make your daughter one happy camper (maybe some sweetener, but I find you don't need it). These flavorings are made for candy and soda to begin with.
