Sorry, I think we are confused here! I don't have a tracking number, I am only looking at my account details for the order and it still says processing, that is why I asked how long it took for order to move past processing to shipped.

Here is where my order has remained since the 11th, that's why I asked. I know sometimes a day or two can be normal, but it seems like there might be an issue as it's been 3 days+

Yes call them or send a message from their web site. All my orders have shipped within 2 days. The only time I had an issue with a bottle leaking maybe 1 ml because the cap was loose, I sent a message so he could tell the people filling the orders to make sure the caps were tight to prevent a big mess. John sent me a new full bottle at no charge and I didn't ask for it. Wizard Labs is great and has fantastic service.

Hey guys. Future beginner DIY'er here. Been reading your threads deliberatly for a while. One thing that has me baffled. Is cotton candy the same as E.M? I would rather take the easy route with adding cotton candy instead of melting crystals. Will that be good enough to sweeten up a juice? Now I just saw they have sweetener as well.... ugh... Cotton candy or sweetener? Only thing I need to hit submit on my order

Yes cotton candy is normally EM. Normally 10% EM in a PG base. Any good retailer will list the ingredients of the flavor, for example, TFA/TPA is EM while LA is not.

When people say they use "1% EM" they normally mean "1% of a 10% EM solution" aka 1% cotton candy flavoring

The only real reason to buy crystals instead of just cotton candy flavoring is if you are really nit picky about price. You can get more out of the crystals.

EM does a lot more to a liquid than sweetener does. At low percentages, it can really round out some sharper notes. I don't mix anything without at least 1% EM now.

TFA Cotton candy is EM. It's not a very strong sweetener, but it does give a certain sweetness and body. There are also sweeteners you can use like sucralose

I use ce3's. I'm not sure what type of wick is in them. If I had to guess I'd say cotton.

A lot of people, myself included, think that they have the best flavor out of all the clearomizers.
I've used ce4's and ce5's too. I feel like they mute the flavor more than the ce3's.
Perhaps it has something to do with them being top coil and the ce3's being bottom.

Overall I think that regular atoimizers(510 and eGo) are the best for flavor.
Carto's seem to be on par with the ce3's, maybe slightly worse...

That's just my opinion. I am curious to see what others think?
