Does their shipping always suck?? I've placed 2 orders with them so far and the first took 10 days to get here. The second was just flavorings and it's been 5 days. I live in Georgia and they're in fla. Which usually receive stuff in a couple days from fla. I may try another company with faster shipping, any recommendation?

but I honestly think they've grown faster than they can keep up with, and they have a tough time keeping anything in stock,,,

I order from Wizard Labs on a regular basis, in fact I am about to place an order in the next day or so ... Yes, sometimes it takes a while before your order is packaged, and then ships. It took them 5 days to ship out my last order, but only 2 days on the order before that, and it was larger than the last.
I used to order from RTSVapes before I switched to Wizard Labs, and they also took 2-3 days to ship, and they only offer Priority shipping standard, which I don't like because a) its more expensive, and b) not any faster than 1st class shipping ... RTS is a good company, but I know from an email that they sent me last week, that they were having some major backorder issues due to weather. They claimed that all shipping was shutdown in NC, and I believe the shutdown was for a week or two ... don't know if they have recovered yet from it.
Wizard labs may be a little slow, but they have the best prices, so I am sticking with them for the moment.
I ordered flavors from Wizard Monday night and got it today. This was my 5th order from them and it's never taken more than 3-4 days and I'm in NC. Something must have gotten backed up. You can always call them and ask.
I ordered from RTSvapes last tuesday and it hasn't arrived yet. I knew it be a while when I saw that it was coming via USPS. I can't imagine a vendor that gives a krap about customer service using USPS.
I ordered from them last Friday and it shipped Tuesday. That's what I was expecting because of the weekend and holiday. Got the package today. Ready to start some DIY this weekend. I haven't had the first piece of vape mail come in anything but usps. No complaints either. I generally get everything within a couple of days.
Kinda had a bad ice storm down there???? RTS was about a week behind also- Mail trucks just weren't showing up....
Well I chocked the first shipment to the ice storm, but the 2nd one took longer to leave their facility than the first. They have a great product there's no doubt about that, I'm just used to receiving things really fast when it's one state away. Not really dogging them, just wanted to know if this is gonna be the norm with every order I place. The second order was only flavorings, no nic so it says on their site non nic orders usually ship within 1-2 days. It's been 5 days and my stuff is still in Florida. Something's not right there
did you take a look at when WL sent the stuff you ordered?? I ordered some juice from HHV on the 17th, it shipped on the 18th... here it is , working on the 21st and it is still in Ga. ( where HHV is located) looks like USPS is to blame not HHV, they did their part and quickly...

One thing you will learn with ecigs -order early and order often. Stay stocked up. Wl is probably the go to for most on here so sometimes you have to wait.
I live in NYC and get my orders from them in five days always though I haven't placed an order in 60 days with them.
Your problem is with the USPS they have been screwing up a lot lately. My last order has gotten as close as five miles and was shipped to Texas this has happened to me with three other orders in the last 30 days.

I placed an order late Thursday night, they shipped it out first thing on Friday, and it made its way over here to Hawaii by yesterday. I was actually pretty shocked at how quickly I got my order. Also, great customer service and the best prices.
I just placed an order with RTS Vapes, and it was delayed a bit longer than they usually are with RTS,,,,,,usually they get them right out the next day,,,,,took 3 days this time,,,,,no biggie.
As I said, I love Wizard Labs,,,,,,,,,their prices are phenomenal,,,,and I love being able to buy an 8ml bottle for 1.49 to see if I like the flavor before spending more, but it never fails, they don't have EVERYTHING I want at the same time,,,,,,
half the flavors I want are gone,,,or they don't have nicotine,,,,,,,I'm not placing 4 orders a month (with 4 shipping charges) when I can order one big order from another company,,,

In the lst 3 weeks, I have placed at least 4 different orders. One was large enough for them to pay the freight. The others in the $25 - $30 range.
In any event, all of my orders arrived within 2 - 3 days of my ordering. I am in the middle of Alabama, and our shipping times should be similar.

Hey, do what you feel you need to do.
WL has always been my go to and (at least to me) Does an excellent job. They have gone through some MAJOR growing pains, Relocationg to another city, Training all new personnel, Expanding their Facilities and working through FDA inspections.
All that on top of trying to take care of thousands of Customers.
Price/ Quality and respectable Service - I wait if needed

They're not the only quality supplier, but I hear you. I still haven't received my package. In fact it hasn't even been scanned in in Georgia yet. That sucks!! It's been 10 days and I haven't got it yet. That's plenty of time to allow for "growing pains". I could have got a mech mod from china in that amount if time.
